I have been looking for a booking system since we are going to hold a few educational webinars on programming, and it was time to move away from Google Forms, which has limited functionality. I searched for a service where people who register can change or cancel their bookings and also receive reminders to confirm their booking the day before, as we want a full house. I asked ChatGPT to come up with a few suggestions based on these criteria, and the one I chose was Simplebook.it. The more I explored the service, the more possibilities I found, and now we have added future payment solutions, SMS reminders, and more. It’s amazing how flexible it is, allowing us to tailor it exactly to our needs. Unfortunately, it wasn’t available in Swedish, so I have now spent 2 days with an extremely long translation file, but even that is worth it.

So far my experience with SimplyBook.me was great. They have always reacted very quickly via chat and solved all my issues or questions. They even helped me to set up my membership according to my business needs.

After extensively searching for software to schedule and collect payments, we have landed on SimplyBook.me, which has met all of our requirements. We strongly recommend it if you are a small to mid-sized business based in Scandinavia. SimplyBook.me allows you to collect payments in advance in the local currencies and easily connect it to Mobilpay, which is the most common payment method in the region. Very happy to try it first, then upgraded immediately after the trial.

We switched to SimplyBook because we needed a calendar for our company that could be completely customized. We found this option here and it has made planning appointments so much easier. I/we can really only recommend SimplyBook. Price-performance ratio is really great.

This has to be the worst company that I have ever used. Trying to install the software to my website was horrendous. It then displayed itself on my website as a giant booking page taking over every page. After several complaints from clients I decided to cancel my free trial. However, what they don't tell you is that after you cancel you are left with a giant alien with red giant letters saying company blocked all over your website. I then contacted simply book using their live chat and was dealt with by a young girl named STACY who did absolutely nothing to help me apart from telling me that basically, because I cancelled this message will remain on my website for every client to see for 2-3 weeks until the server refreshes and there is nothing that can be done. STACY was extremely unhelpful, obstructive and patronising for the duration of the chat and was disinterested in helping me resolve this issue. There was absolutely no transparency with this company about this message being displayed on my website should I cancel my account with them. It's absolutely disgusting and extremely damaging that they can harm my livelihood in this way as a punishment for leaving them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will harm your business. I am taking this much further and will be suing them for loss of earnings.

Great software, does just what we need, and comes with very nice customer support.

SimplyBook.me is a great booking system. We use it for our student massage clinics, so they can learn how to use and experience a booking system. It is simple to use and the online chat is always there should you need any support. There are multiple functions that are available to use depending on our requirements.
