I find it suits the needs of my small business. It's relatively easy to use, which is great when you have a busy business. There are a couple features I would like to see like reoccurring notes. Overall I find it a useful tool and intend to continue using it.

Terrible experience! One needs to dig endlessly to find even some basic settings, they are hidden in very unexpected places! There's a lot of unnecessary replications for accessing same features and useless buttons that you need to press to get somewhere. For instance, a page that contains settings for a "Service provider" has some 10-15 features that you can setup, and each section has a button that you need to press to open and close/save! And when you do that, the page jumps to the top. Super uncomfortable and annoying. Also, some very basic and very necessary functionality is set up as "custom features" and you need to enable it (like payments! or invoices! coupons! or adjustable notifications!) - and of course, upgrade your subscription, to get more extra features, while subscription plans that contain enough features even for a basic setup, are super expensive for a startup company. The separate payment system (SBPay) is NOT synchronized with the main one - so there is no way you can keep clean accounting. Support team is probably located in some other country and mostly is not knowledgeable at all, every question I ask, they first answer wrong but then find out on the fly how the system works. The whole system is overly complicated - it is very far from their name "SimplyBook"... I am frustrated each time I need to change something, and can't wait to find a smarter solution and switch. P.s. the bird is super annoying, please make a feature to turn it off

Great online booking platform, we've used Simply Book Me for the past few years. The ability to customise our booking page makes it a seamless process for us and the customer. It is really simple for users to operate. Would highly recommend this booking platform!

I wanted something that I could get started with right away without having a website, that was very affordable, but had plenty of features, and something that I could grow into with even more features when growing the business. I signed up so I could have a massage and when I left a negative rating the client contacted me. I definitely didn't give SimplyBook.me consent to expose my personal data. It appeara after speaking to their 'help staff' in chat, I cannot delete my account. Isn't it illegal for companies to share my personal info without my consent?

I have a great experience using SimplyBook.me. Whenever I run into technical issues, they are fixed quickly. The platform is always being updated and improved.

Our university has been using Simply Book Me for over 5 years and the booking site is truly simple for our clients and users to operate. What we love most is the personalized support from the Simply Book Me team. Their chat feature is incredible, thorough, and informative. We have expanded our campuses and, in turn, now use Simply Book Me even more. Points faibles: - Aucun interlocuteur français ou sachant parler français. Il faut jongler avec un traducteur pour communiquer. - Le paramétrage de l'agenda est un vrai cauchemar. Tout doit être modifié par nous même pour être le plus adapté possible à une activité de santé (vocabulaire, questionnaire de prise de rdv). Vous avez une tonne de lignes à reformuler. J'y ai passé dès heures. C'est simple leur outil est tellement complexe et indigeste qu'ils proposent aux clients de payer une formation pour apprendre à utiliser leur logiciel... Lunaire. - La formule gratuite de 14j a peu de fonctionnalités. Puis cette période d'essai est finalement réduite à 7j car cette entreprise nous impose de faire la demande de renouvellement d'une période d'essai au bout de 7j, et non à la fin des 14j. Lors du renouvellement, simply book retire les quelques fonctionnalités qu'il y avait pour n'en laisser qu'une seule. Au final la période d'essai est trop courte et trop peu intéressante en fonctionnalité pour vous permettre d'évaluer la qualité de leur agenda. C'est très très basic. - Son logiciel est inadapté aux professions de santé car on ne peut pas avoir plusieurs rubriques sur la page d'accueil (remboursement des soins, modes de paiement, accès du cabinet, coordonnées bien visibles). On peut simplement mettre les horaires, une description de l'activité, puis tout en bas un plan d'accès avec nos coordonnées qui ne sautent pas forcément aux yeux. - Le site vitrine ne peut pas être bien référencé dans les moteurs de recherche. Il faut sinon lui payer un nom de domaine extrêmement onéreux. Allez savoir pourquoi, sur certains sites vous achetez un nom de domaine pour une vingtaine ou trentaine d'euros/an. Là il faudrait payer environ 5-6 fois ce montant. Incompréhensible. Points positifs: - Originalité de la présentation de la page de rdv car on peut mettre des photos pour présenter les motifs de réservation. - Il y a bien un site vitrine indexé dans les moteurs de recherche. Le seul bémol c'est que l'on ne peut pas avoir un lien d'agenda modifiable. Donc l'agenda ne sera pas bien référencé si vous ne vous êtes pas enregistrés avec des mots clés. Ce logiciel peut être intéressant si vous avez déjà une clientèle/patientèle établie, que vous avez la patience pour faire tout le paramétrage ou alors l'argent pour payer un de leur pro. Le site vitrine a peu de chance de vous amener des réservations si vous n'avez pas déjà un site web bien référencé.
