Simplybook.me is a tresure. My company have used Simplybook.me for many years now and its still amaze me how you can bend it to your will. It do take a little braincells to make it work on the bigger scale but in the end it has alot of power and look good. There is a few things lacking but hopfully it will come later. I will always thank the day I found simplybook.me

I used very little time and effort to complete the booking system for my clients. I find the features and tool set simple and straightforward to apply. Very usefull business tool for start up entity.

This software makes my business look ridiculous. I allowed my clients to book services well into my break time or end of work shift, to be more accomodating - simplybook.me has the most backwards setting possible for that: they split the time of the booking, say 30min managed to sqeeze in before your break and the next 30min are the first minutes after your break. What the heck is that even?! Both my client and me are looking at a silly booking of 3.5h hours. I complained multiple times - HOW unprofressional is it, for a 1h booking to possibly be longer? WHO wants that? The team is not being helpful. I demanded a refund they are obliged to provide under european law (2 years guarantee) but they referenced the 3 month refund period is over. SO not only are they incapable of fixing what bothers me (that is part of the european law entitling me to a refund) nor do they want to really understand. Screenshots can be provided, I have 4 pages of emails. I'm switching companies - Simply also lacks the will to provide caring customer service. They do not care about loosing a client either. Give your business to some other provider!!

After several searches and several trials, some great, some not so, once I stumbled upon Simplybook, that was it. All other trials were abandoned. I had found the holy grail. This was what I was looking for. It does it all, great features, beautiful layout and interface. Let's just say I am simply overjoyed.

It was a bit hard at first for me to configurate my site for my french clients, but now I used this platform for months and I had great feedbacks about how easy it is and quick to book appointments with me ! There are great features available, and I hope I will we able to upgrade soon to test all these new options. You can always use the tutorials videos when you don't understand something about the configuration.

Simplybook me, although a bit hard to configurate at first , is a great system. A lot of features and a very available client service. I have been using simplybookme for 2 weeks and they have been present to help me configurate my profil. Once this step well done, every thing works great !

The assistant was very polite and patient, sent me pictures so I could access the right pages, consulted my account and different clients along with me. I love that we can talk to real people on SimplyBook.me instead of auto messages.

This is a great site with so many features and a great customer support. I highly recommend it!

Good price, but membership features let this system down. Members can sign up for a cheaper price, use our facility for a cheaper price, book in all their friends on their membership at a cheaper price and then cancel their membership and buy another one on the same day and do it all again. This is losing us over £1,000 a month. My gym for example offers me a very good rate for membership but I have to give them a 30 day cancellation notice if I want to cancel. SimplyBook needs this feature, GloFox, TeamUp and Mindbody offer it. Its a shame we have to leave this booking platform for this reason as apart from that its a good system
