Simplybook is one of the best software for booking online, there is a lot to discover and study, i find every solution with the help of customer care each time i had an issue, i started from free and then i wanted to upgrade to add more features, i tried more other softwares but i find simplybook is the cheapest that gives you already at free account the ability to work at your salon, something i liked it's the ability to translate yourself the vocabulary. I hope they will add more and more new features. Happy with it!

We have been using this software for a year now and it has been extremely helpful. It is easy to use for us and our clients. The customer service is EXCEPTIONAL! They are quick and very knowledgeable. Give them a try. Their free account is helpful for when we first started out. Now we have their paid subscription and it is EVEN better and less than $15 per month. It is amazingly affordable.

We had been using WooCommerce on Wordpress with a Gravity Forms order form to do reservations, and had done so for almost a year, but a huge problem was WooCommerce exports Gravity Form user submissions all in one column. We had to write a complicated Google Spreadsheet to parse the data into manageable form. We were very happy to switch to SimplyBook.me, and found lots of other benefits once we did. SimplyBook has a ton of features, great documentation/videos and support staff. Highly recommended!

looks nice, however the scheduling portion is extremely confusing and not user friendly. make your scheduling easier , not 5 different tabs that contradict each other
