Fast and efficient delivery, great selection of bar stools and pleased with the ones I chose. They are very sturdy and were easy to put together. One thing I do really recommend is to ask for colour samples before buying. This helped me to decide between the light grey and charcoal grey. The colours are slightly different in reality to their appearance on the website. It's really good that Simply Bar Stools provide this samples service.

We ordered 4 stools for Christmas and had left it a bit late, however 'next day dispatch' was advertised and sure enough the stools arrived on time. Bought two bar stools from simplybarstools. They were good value for money and delivery was prompt. There was an issue with damage to one stool which took a little while to sort out but it did get replaced. I would be happy to recommend them and use them again myself.

Next day delivery was promised and they duly arrived the day after I ordered them in excellent packaging. Haven’t had them long, but they look great and are very comfortable.

Simply Bar Stools (SBS) products & communication with the company & customer service are pretty good. Unfortunately the carrier (DHL) are nothing short of useless & my delivery was 3 days late due to miscommunication. I was advised of late, next day delivery, then they attempted deliver the same day, unsuccessfully, with only a few minutes notice. When I received my stools the bases had surface scratches which were probably due mainly to shipping delays & multiple journeys but also in part to inadequate packing. The majority of issues were with the carrier (I haven’t had a good experience with DHL). I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from SBS again but only using a different carrier.

Ordering and delivery was great, went to together easy, look really nice, just what we were looking for. The stools are comfortable. A small detail in that if the foot rest was slightly shorter it wouldn't make contact with the cupboards when the chair is rotated. This may be specific to ours so wouldn't put too much emphasis on it. Check the depth of the overhang you have.
