Awful customer service. They have no desire to help and stonewall you. I have just reported them to Trading Standards as I feel as if they have unethical business practices due to refusing to help resolve the situation. They don’t take your issues seriously, tell you they will investigate, don’t get back in touch then when you contact them you get nothing. I

Ordered 2 bar stools. They arrived quickly. Well packed. Hubby assembled them within minutes although the instructions were so well illustrated I could have assembled them too but probably not quite so fast! Excellent quality and incredibly comfy. Delighted with them. We ordered allegro Black as there were one or two negative comments about the stools breaking after a couple of years we decided to try the cheaper ones first but they are a quality product so difficult to see where they break! Lovely back support and easy to move around.

We recently had an extension and new kitchen installed and I was looking for new barstools in white to complete the look. I searched luxury barstools (I particularly wanted white leather) and up popped these. I ordered 3 (in advance of the work being completed in December 2024) and we are thrilled with them. They arrived very well packed, so no damage, are of excellent quality and the back of the stool is high enough to be supportive and comfortable. They were easy to assemble but they are heavy stools so you don’t want to be moving them around too much. Would definitely recommend this company and this particular stool.

Avoid as no aftercare once the warranty is up. I bought 6 gas lift bar stools 18 months ago, one by one the welds on the bottom of the stools began to come away on x5 of them meaning the chairs would lean dramatically so unable to use. I reached out to customer service to see if I could purchase new bases however I couldn’t as I was out of warranty. I asked for the suppliers contact details to see if I can purchase the bases direct and was ignored. Now I have to purchase x6 new stools, I would have imagined these stools to last way longer than 18 months as only used at meal times.

I bought two barstools late last year. One of them became damaged. I emailed then to ask if they could supply a replacement part. Within 4 days the part has arrived, free of charge. Absolutely first class service. Thank you Aidan.

Fabulous bar stools looks good in kitchen went for the heavier bases we did laughed when delivered we couldn’t life the boxes so unpacked on door step very good price indeed will buy again
