Purchased the stool for my new kitchen bar. For the asking price the stool is great value. You can slightly see the seat bolts on top of the seat but apart from that these are great. I will be getting another one to match this one very soon. Delivery was quick so overall I have no complaints.

Very poor customer service / communication and untrustworthy order deadlines. Placed an order in October which said next day delivery and never arrived so called to then be told the stock would now be coming in December. This new due date exceeded and still had no communication from the company despite them keeping the full order cost. Called again and the order was due to be arriving this week, this then exceeded so called again to now be told it will not be delivered until January. No communication or updates from the company at all.

The bar stools look decent, but it was very difficult to have the screws fixed properly on one of them when I assembled it, due to the quality design sadly. I could have asked for an exchange, but it would be a lot of hassle to send it back and wait for a new delivery date. However, the worst was the customer service which was not very helpful or I felt they just didn't care when I called and queried on the delivery date. I ordered them on Sunday, and it says on their website: next business day delivery so I had expected for Monday delivery. When I phoned on Monday, I was told they don't work on Sundays, so it would be delivered on Tuesday. I requested for it to be delivered in the morning, due to holiday plans from afternoon and I called twice in total, the customer service just didn't care whatsoever.

Really easy to book and the information for arrival etc was very clear and helpful. April cottage was as per the photos and nicely decorated for Christmas. The cottage is comfy,cosy and beautifully decorated We took extra wood etc for the fire as it was winter although the heating is good and easy to work . It’s a short walk to the beach and we loved seeing the seals and their pups. The pub is very welcoming with huge portions of food. We are from Norfolk and know the area well, there are so many lovely walks in the area. The stairs are steep but there is a hand rail so we didn’t find it a problem, it is an older house. Winterton is a beautiful village with a spectacular beach and at April Cottage you are right in the heart of it.

We ordered 2 deluxe bar stools. When assembling the 2nd one there was an issue. We are pleased to say that Simply Barstools resolved our problem speedily and politely, and sent out a replacement part. We now have 2 working bar stools that are comfortable and look great at our breakfast bar. Very pleased with the customer service side of Simply Bar Stools.

Extremely up really good quality and superfast delivery couldn’t ask for anything better

Website has a good selection to choose from, very pleased with the bar stools we selected which looked great and were well padded comfortable and fast delivery, another plus in these days a telephone number you can call and get required assistance if needed.

I was very happy that the table and stools arrived so fast. Well packaged and look great. I would definitely recommend this company.

Having taken payment 3 weeks ago, I have yet to receive my order. For the last 10 days it was supposed to be being delivered but each day delivery didn't arrive and pushed back to next working day. Customer service has been awful and non-existent. Having cancelled the order I am now having to chase to get my money back. Avoid at all costs!

Although out of stock on ordering we received a new delivery of bar stools within days. Brilliant service. Also colour sample received next day delivery. Stools exactly what we wanted.

Very easy process through checkout and the stool was delivered within 48hrs. A good quality product. What I hadn't realised was the weight of the base! It is a very steady stool, but no good if you constantly want to move it.
