We ordered 4 stools for our kitchen and then added a further stool. All the stools have different feet and some have been made with spacers underneath the seat and some haven’t. Everything needed to be tightened also. I did email them but never got back to me. The stools themselves are lovely it’s just how they have been assembled and the fact there are different feet on the bases

Product came on time. I liked it because the seat is made of leather rather than fake. The construction of the metal seat is only like the cheaper ones so I hope the seat itself doesn't come looses as it has with cheaper products I've previously purchased

It claims on their website that orders are shipped ‘next day delivery’. This is actually a misleading claim. I am still waiting for the item that I ordered 2 days ago to be shipped. Contacted the company and told it is now going to arrive 5-6 days after ordering. Woeful service. Won’t be buying from this company again.

Very pleased with the stool, its design and the quality of the leather. Fast delivery. It would have been helpful to have instructions included on how to assemble.

I ordered from this company as it stated next day delivery so this would've ensured delivery on New Year's Eve ready for a family event on New Year's Day. DHL emailed saying they'd deliver by 1630. 1900 came and after continuously tracking they gave up at stop 52 I was 71. No updates. Not able to ring DHL or simplybar stools as no answer or automated useless robot. New Year's Day came and went and no one available all on holiday we d got rid of our old stools so family arrived with 4 less seats not happy should've gone to a local shop. The updates were that it would arrive by 1530 3 days late. It arrived at 1630 with only 3 of the 4 parcels. Told the driver who was rude and sped off. Rang again and simply bar stools said it's a part delivery now! However even though DHL said it was only 3 parcels making only 2 parts of the stools not even 4 they sneaked a parcel later on to my door and didn't bother to knock on. I discovered it when I went out the front door. Rubbish service by both.
