Easy to order, delivery of stools was in a good time frame. You have to assemble parts of the stool but easy to do and with instructions. Very pleased with the stools.

I’m happy with my stools they look so classy. From ordering to receiving my chairs was spot on I would highly recommend simply bar stools.

Colour of the seat isn’t accurate to the image online. The description of grey is actually a beige/cream colour. Checked order and correct. Also gas strut had a black cap which needed to be removed after reading online however instructions did not mention this.

Loved the stools unfortunately I had to send back as they were too tall to fit under my breakfast bar counter. I was gutted. It was a bit tricky wasn't made very easy to send back.

Bought one and was so impressed immediately ordered a second bar stool. Excellent quality product, looks great, competitively priced and super quick delivery. What’s not to like??

Had to re-order the bar stools on 3 separate occasions due to them allegedly going missing, and it was us calling Simply Bar Stools to try to find out where our purchases had gone. We spoke to Suzanne, Aiden, Will, Emma & Sam a total of 13 times over a 2 week period despite them promising that the barstools that we ordered would arrive the following day! They are all very well versed in telling you what you want to hear but the reality is that the service is abysmal. My suggestion is that Suzanne, Aiden, Will, Emma & Sam get together and then understand how to all sing by the same hymn sheet! Sorry guys but you only talk the talk.....
