Stools not in stock after order but received an email following the order straight away. Was told to expect early following week (ordered Thursday) they actually arrived on the Saturday so no real delay! Great stools, great price and outstanding service. Was initially not sure on the colour but the assistant sent me pics of the stools which helped me to choose. Would definitely recommend and use this company again.
Ordering is simple, the choice is really good and the delivery is quick.
There was a good choice of bar stools on the website. The stools I chose were despatched within 24 hours and I was updated on delivery arrangements.
When I discovered that I had ordered the wrong barstools for my daughters Xmas present the staff dealing with exchange were very helpful. I ordered the wrong ones the second time and again they were helpful. Unfortunately though I still have not received a refund for the two incorrect orders.

The ordering process was easy and the stools arrived very quickly. I have had two of your bar stools before and they were solid and looked good so I wanted to order from the same company again. Easy to assemble and these bar stools were exactly the same as my last ones but they are now much sturdier with a good solid base. Thank you for excellent service.

The bar stools are very comfortable - better than our previous ones, but the bases are easily scratched which isn't great when it's where people put their feet/shoes. The bar stools squeak - I know I probably need to oil them but I've only had them a few weeks and I never had to oil my previous ones. I bought the faux leather material and it's stained already and no amount of scrubbing will remove the stains. The paperwork says no returns once assembled which can't be enforceable - how can you know if the stools are ok until you've assembled them?
I had a small part that arrived broken on delivery, the replacement part was sent out fairly quickly - no hassles. The stools look great. Thanks

The collars were not packed properly and were delivered broken two times. The company should be aware that fragile parts must be packed properly and use bubble wrap. Very disappointed!
This is the 2nd stool I've bought from SBS and very happy with both. They are very comfortable and easily adjustable. Very fast delivery, well packaged and all at a reasonable price! I can wholeheartedly recommend this product.
Stools were great quality and delivered quickly
When things go wrong SBS are not interested in helping their customers. I ordered two stools both arrived damaged. As soon as I reported the damaged stools they told me the stools I had ordered were discontinued,what a surprise not! They arrived in poorly packaged boxes and looked like they had been returned by a previous customer. Both were damaged and one of them was missing the feet on the bottom of the stool. Has taken me weeks to get some discount off them but still very unhappy with my stools and the extremely poor customer service. Like any company when they are good we all praise them. However,you truly don't know how good or bad they are until something goes wrong. Trust me when it goes wrong with SBS, they do not want to know. I will never use any of the several companies they own especially SBS. I strongly advise anyone to avoid at all costs.
Delivery was made within 48 hours of ordering, stools arrived in good order, extremely good value for money and easy to put together, would thoroughly recommend.
We ordered two bar stools, they both arrived quickly and easily but unfortunately one arrived and the seat top wasn't able to be fitted due to the screw thread being damaged. I contacted Simply Bar stools and they replaced the top, without any problems, sending a new one soon after, thank you for handling the problem so well.
