Lovely stool and very quick delivery! Would definitely recommend.
Delivery was swift as promised. The quality of these bar stools is top-notch (and we've had many over the years!) They are rock-solid with no wobble or squeaks and are HEAVY so they do not move around. They feel like permanantly-fixed bar stools (like they're bolted to the floor) because the bases are very heavy - LOVE them!

WARNING - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! 2 of 4 bar stools ordered came damaged. Stools are really cheaply made and very poor quality. Boxes were already torn and taped up as if they had been returned before. Returns process is soooooo hard. As previously mentioned in other reviews, Aiden, Will, Suzanne, Emma all say the same thing without any action taken. I had pictures showing DPD had delivered the items back to them but they said they hadn't received them. Finally over 3 weeks after they received the items back they refunded me for 2 out of 4 stools!!!! Apparently they will try and refund me the other 2 stools 'shortly' but have given no reason why there is another delay other than for them to keep hold of my money a little longer. Please save yourself the time, energy and waste of money using this company.
Easy to purchase and delivered over the holiday period on time. Stool is good looking and appears to be very well made, time will tell 😁. It would have been good to get a confirmation of purchase email, it's worrying buying online without getting one

Stool look great and of good quality. However one is squeaking. I’ve just sent a note to customer service to ask how I fix it.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Part order received, immediately reported to company with copy of DHL delivery photo showing 2 boxes not 3. Despite several phone calls and emails, still awaiting delivery of missing parts. Dealt with 3 different members of customer services team, who make promises which the company have failed to act upon. Very poor customer service.

Have not received a notification of my re-fund for the returned stools.
My initial order was placed within the window for next day delivery but the order was not dispatched on that day. When the stools arrived a major part was missing which meant that one of the stools could not be built. I called in the morning and was advised that a replacement would be sent out immediately. Again no delivery details forthcoming. Called again to follow up and again part not dispatched. Then arrived the next day. Product okay I suppose for the money.
Called before placing order for delivery advised next working day placed order on Monday, eventually arrived on Saturday after several calls to the office, bar stools are great easy to put together and very comfortable apart from the delivery timescale would highly recommend
