I made a mistake when ordering a stool, and it was the wrong height. The company offered to fully refund me, and only charge £15 to collect on the delivery of a replacement stool. If I had contracted a courier to send back, it would have been so much more expensive. In the end I decided to utilise the stool for other purposes as the quality is so good and was happy to purchase another stool for my original use. The delivery was very quick, and the stool was easy to put together following the simple picture instructions. I would definitely recommend them to others.

After searching for several months, Simply Bar Stools had in stock an identical product to those I'd bought from B&Q years earlier. Good price; and overnight courier delivery. Well done.

I ordered two Allegro Bar Stools from Simply Bar Stools on Wednesday 22 January 2025 at 10.50. The process was straightforward The order was confirmed and I soon had a note from DHL confirming they would be delivering a parcel to me. On Thursday 23 January 2025 I received the delivery at 09.04 which was slightly earlier than I had been advised. They need self assembly and the directions are in diagram form. It took me about 9 minutes to unwrap and assemble the first one and 6 minutes for the second. Assembly was easy. Simply stools were quick to acknowledge the order. I am very pleased with the new stools. Well done Simply Bar Stools.

Delivery was delayed over the Christmas period - to be expected but this was not communicated. After a phone call, stools were delivered within 2 working days ( 9 working days after order). Very pleased with sofia stools. Lighter weight than some which, for us, was a plus. Easy to assemble.
