When my stool arrived them was some damage to the seat, I contacted customer service and they arranged for a replacement seat to be sent out straight away ,now the stool is the star player in my new kitchen ,very pleased.

We ordered 3 barstools which arrived the next day. Unfortunately one had a small manufacturing dent but once I contacted Simply Bar Stools they sent a replacement immediately. How do you manage to provide everything? Great price, good secure packaging and a quality bar stool. I ordered the Allegro in charcoal grey and am really very pleased with it. Able to put it all together in 10 minutes and was sitting on it with a coffee in hand shortly after. Thank you

Had previously purchased 2 Velluto pink, matt black stools, we decided to add a further 2 to our kitchen. The stools matched perfectly. Good quality. Although it says next day delivery, they took a few days. Great stools & choice.
Hi, received jy pair fairly quickly, love the colour and style. Only downside is there is very little padding and therefore veey hard to sit on. These were a replacement for 2 black ones I has, almost identical design except my black ones had loads of padding and were very comfortable to sit on

Second order, first one two years ago and really impressed with the bar stool and table. This made us order again, sadly the quality of this order didn’t match the original one. Not convinced the stitching will last on this one but time will tell. Next day delivery and ordering first class.
