I placed my order by phone & the receptionist was very nice & helpful. The order was sent out the very next day, unfortunately the carrier gave me a time slot of 14-15 to 15-15 so I went out in the morning only to find on my return that they had tried to deliver at 12-15 so I had to reschedule which wasn’t a problem & not the fault of Simply Bar Stools. My purchase was 2 breakfast bar stools & I am delighted with them, they were very easy to put together & are smart & comfortable. I certainly recommend this company, so glad I found them.

I ordered three barstools on Sunday and they were all delivered on Tuesday. As I am in the process of having a new kitchen installed we haven't put them together yet, but they look exactly like the pictures and the seat feels like it will be very comfy to sit on. Can't wait to start using them. Fantastic service.

Easy and slick service and good value for money

I am happy with the style of my bar stools. I ordered them on 26 July 2024 and was not impressed with the excuses customer services gave for failing to deliver on their NEXT DAY delivery. After numerous emails to them my delivery arrived 5 days after the order. NOT IMPRESSIVE SERVICE for the price paid and would not recommend this company as the slogan of next day delivery is just FALSE.

The wrong stools arrived, once returned re-ordered the correct ones. However it took a week to arrive, so next day delivery isn’t a real thing. Very happy with the product now they are finally here.

We found the ideal set of stools for our new kitchen. The leather was good quality & the stools are comfortable. Delivered on time & straightforward to assemble.

Delivery was advertised as next working day, did not arrive at all. Was advised there was a delay by email and it will be delivered the following working day. Still did not arrive. I called the company to request refund and cancel the order as it had not been sent. I was promised a refund. A week later, still no refund and product was never delivered. Will be reporting to my credit card company.

Delivered quickly with an hour delivery slot & was on time

Really nice bar stools at a reasonable price. A part of one of mine was faulty but I sent an e-mail and received a replacement the next day. Easy to put together. Very happy with my purchase.

When we checked the bar stools on receipt, we discovered a small cut, 2 to 3 mm long, on one of the stools. We emailed a photo of the cut to customer services, and with no further questions a replacement seat top was forwarded straight away and we received it 5 days after the complaint. The stools are now assembled,really easy for 2 pensioners, and look wonderful in our new kitchen. I can't recommend this company too highly, and the four stars reflect the initial damage.

From order to delivery the process was very swift, and my bar stool was delivered within 1 working day as was promised by the advert. The stool was easy to assemble and looks stylish in my kitchen. Added to this is the fact that it is very comfortable. I am very pleased with this purchase
