I did not have a confirmation email of my order and had to make two phone calls to ascertain they had received it. No problem after that and fast and efficient delivery of three blue velvet bar stools. Unfortunately the bar stools required 4 screws to be inserted into the bar between the legs of the stools which came with an alan key. The alan key was too long to turn in one go and so we had a long difficult task to tighten the screws adequately. On one of the stools we managed to bend the screw bolts trying to put them in and so will have to replace them. The seat part of the stool fitted easily and I am pleased with that part of the stool. I am not sure whether to return the stool with the bent bolts or ask for some replacement bolts.

The stools arrived timely and were easy to assemble. A quick and friendly phone call advised me to remove the film from the base! Great value and totally recommend.
