Ordered some bar stools on the 6th, received an email the following day to say that there had been a delay with dispatching my order but they would be sent out and delivered next day (so expected by the 8th) It’s now the 10th, the order still hasn’t been dispatched and I’ve discovered many other reviews now that have had the same issue. Customer service responses have been very quick. I spoke with a lovely member of staff on the phone that was apologetic and very friendly. She advised that the items were in stock and the delivery label had been printed but still the order sits “unfulfilled” in my account. I’ve requested cancellation.

The stools were exactly as expected, and the delivery was as scheduled. We are very happy with our purchase.

I was kept up to date with delivery and the stools were well packed in the boxes. Well carefully delivered to my doorstep. The stools instructions were easy to understand and easy to put together, well impressed with the quality of them and highly recommend this company.

Prompt, efficient delivery. There was a minor issue with chrome plating on one product. I sent a photo and got the immediate response that a replacement part was on the way. Really excellent service!

After wearing through our faux leather stools in no time and really wanting real leather a google search lead us to simply bar stools. There are very few suppliers who actually sell leather and those that do could set you back £250 or more each. These Sorrento Real leather stools were just £134.98 each and the quality compared to vinyl is really superior. I don’t usually write reviews but the service received and the price and quality of the stools compelled me to submit some feedback. I really do rate this suppliers service and competitiveness and would recommend to anyone.

The ordering process was simple and delivery was prompt and efficient. The stools were fairly easy to put together and, like all these things, the process got quicker with practice. The stools themselves are solidly constructed and look every bit as good as the photos we relied upon before ordering. The only mistake we made was ordering three when we should have ordered four - but that is easily remedied. I would definitely use this company again. I will add one caveat to all of the above; one of the very substantial base plates was very slightly damaged, possibly in transit but I don't expect there will be any problem replacing it if the customer care service is as good as the rest of the process.

Everything was easy and very smooth. Ordering was straightforward and and communication was excellent. There was a one day Delay to delivery but we were kept informed.
