I am delighted with my bar stool. It was packaged well and the quality is excellent, particularly considering the reasonable price. I was also extremely impressed with the customer service. The delivery company messed up the order and put me back to Simply Bar Stools to sort the problem out. Despite the fact that it was not their problem, they took the time to do this. I will definitely use them again.

Our stools were delivered well and within the time frame given. They are of a good quality, we went for the real leather stools. We had an issue with one of the 8 stools; which arrived with a small defect. This was dealt with immediately and we have been sent out a new chair top to replace the other one.

Well it's more a problem with DHL that I have to complain about. I suggest you use a company that can deliver parcels in future. The story... 2 bar stools were supposed to be delivered on the Friday before the bank holiday. I enquired as to where it was. ”oh sorry due to a problem at the depot it won't be coming today. Because of the bank holiday it will be Tuesday." Fine make it Thursday as we are away. No problem I think...silly me! Thursday the tracking page says that it will arrive between 6pm and 7pm. I have serious doubts. At 930pm they finally admit they won't be coming. No problem next morning I check the tracking. I am drop 78, SEVENTY EIGHT! Wow ok I look forward to this working, lol Later in the day then tracking updates to say the package will be with me between 5pm an 6pm. Nothing happens until.... Suddenly at 719 I get an update. Parcel has been delivered. Huh no it hasn't? I check it has a picture of a door. It's not mine? It has a map with a pin. The house marked is not my house. It is a completely different street. I jump in my car and drive over to the pin. I see a van, I flag it down "are you DHL and have you just delivered my parcels for Ebers road to Escher grove?". "Oh yeah sorry about that" he says and drives off. Well I guess they start with the same letter an easy mistake to make 😆. I can't find my parcels at the address tagged. I knock on all neighbours doors.after posting to Facebook group and what's app group for the street we manage to find where it was left. This should be the end of the story...but there's more...... I go round a pick up 2 parcels. I put both in the car. Slightly strangely the parcels are different weights. I ordered 2 stools, they should be the same right? Getting them home I have 2 parcels addressed to me. I open the first and find my 2 stools in one box. Yay! What's the other one? After opening the docket I discover it is £700 of sinks and taps for an address 200 miles away in Hertfordshire. No waiting for someone to collect the other box. Maybe DHL should pivot into an industry that doesn't involve delivering parcels. That would be better for everyone.

Came quickly and happy with the bar stools.

One of the four stools ordered was missing its plastic feet. Rather than just send them to us in a small envelope we were required to send photos and ultimately return the whole stool. The courier pick up was a pain as fdailed to collect once and then turned up 5 hours early the second time. all in all not very good customer service3
