Order came on time, barring the weekend, so took 3 days. Purchased these stools as I wanted real leather, not the faux offered everywhere else. Expected ready assembled, but were easy to assemble, if a little heavy.

We wanted some new bar stools to refresh our kitchen/diner. We asked for a leather sample, which was sent quickly. We ordered and they came in a couple of days. We are delighted with the Luxury Allegro Bar Stools in grey leather. They look stylish, are comfortable and were a good price

First order Feb 2024 - delivery date changed twice and I’ve since noticed it’s been put back further to September. Refund claimed. I ordered alternative stools but one was faulty and had to be returned. Simply Bar Stools arranged for DHL to collect which they did on time but Simply claim it’s not back in their warehouse, despite DHL having issued proof they made delivery. They are responsible for the item but are reluctant to send the replacement. I would not recommend this company.

Great service and stools. My order arrived within 72 hours. One of the four stools I ordered came lightly marked but was swiftly replaced pretty much by return of post. The stools we have bought are very comfortable and of excellent value.
