Really good value black faux leather kitchen island stools. Purchased 4 and they easily carry my 90kg weight. Look much more expensive than actual cost. Comfortable, ample seat width, depth, height for my 1.80m height. Young daughters love modern, classic styling. Ordered over the weekend and received them midweek. Easy to assemble and I'm poor at DiY. Some base parts appeared a little lightweight on first inspection but after a couple of weeks intensive use, they seem to be doing the job just fine including the lever to adjust height. Would've been 5 star review except for the delivery company who sent me many texts /emails to say items would be delivered next day after order so waited in all day and didn't arrive. I complained to the Bar Stool company and they chased it up with delivery contractor so received items next day.

Delivered in good time

I bought 3 leather allegro deluxe bar stools. I paid £200 each for them. I've had them for 3 years. Unfortunately 1 of the foot rest has sheared off, I contacted simply barstools and they said because they are out of the 2 year warranty they can't help me. So I asked if I could buy the base on it own and they said no can do. So I've got a broken £200 stool and it's my tough luck

We bought one stool as we were unsure if it was going to be as good as it looked. It was so we bought another to go with it. Great range choice of colours

I have sent 2 emails regarding problems with the stools neither of which have been responded to. The problems are that 2 parts were delivered damaged and when assembled the screws from the base protrude up into the seat meaning they are unusable as supplied. Due to lack of response, I've inserted multiple washers to reduce the problem with the long screws but they are still visible through the seat cover.

Great price for these real leather bar stools. Fast delivery, as promised. Just one small problem: on one of the two stools the seat wasn't perfectly level, but it was easily fixed by adding a 2mm shim bewteen the base and the seat bottom on the low side. It's now perfect.

Ordered 3 barstools for our kitchen. Arrived on time however one stool arrived without a seat! I immediately contacted customer service but still waiting for a replacement 1.5 weeks later. Not impressed
