I appreciated the instant communication from acknowledgement of order, referral to manufacturer and delivery details. Unfortunately, an error was made with the order- the wrong design of shed was delivered in error. I contacted the manufacturer and Shedstore website- I have been assured that the matter is being rectified as soon as possible.

I wasn't under the impression modular sheds would come in 200 pieces. Should be called jigsaw sheds

The website clearly says this shed is ‘easy to assemble’. The instructions are difficult and at times very misleading. If you are experienced in metal shed assembly you may be able to put it together in their time line but has taken me and 2 others nearly 18 hours to do it. Awful design

Easy steps to follow to make

Can’t fault the service and price. The quality is okay for the price, or you could say value for money. The delivery guy, was very prompt and very professional in making sure he placed the panels where I needed them. I did expect 2 delivery men so was surprised there was only one. The wood is pressure treated, however I would recommend painting the shed prior to erection, especially the OSB roof panels which look like class 1 rather than the more water/weather resistant class 3. I obtained stainless steel fasteners rather than using the ones supplied. That way it increases the longevity of the shed. I also bought a better hasp and staple as the one supplied is too weak and flimsy. Make sure you have a good screwgun.Some of the panels were too high so required a bit of manipulation to get everything to fit. You have to take time and think about what you are doing to make sure everything fits together. The instructions are a good guide but you’ll still need to be organised and think about which way is best for you. Brace/prop the first panel to keep it at 90 degrees to the base and use a spirit level as a guide. Overall it’s a good shed for the money, but is dependent on how it’s built.

Received prompt delivery of my new shed from shed store , the driver (Brian) was polite and neatly stacked shed parts in my garden . Given bad weather conditions, shed will be put up when conditions improve.

The Driver, Paul (M) was very polite and helpful. he arrived on time as stated. he even offered advice on how to go about putting up the shed, and what I should do if anything was missing. Instructions were rubbish and some instructions missing. Loads of bits left over and some wood missing. Never again.
