Really difficult getting information about delivery. There seemed to be three levels of people involved and it took several phone calls and emails to get any information at all. Even then I only heard the day before and couldn't get any more information than 'between 8 and 6'

I ordered and paid for Garden Shed on 25th July but was not delivered until 26th August and this was only after me phoning to chase them up. The Shed was £464.00 with a further £69.00 for delivery. Shed was dumped at side of house without asking where I wanted it placed,no customer service! I could see at that time that wood was thin and cheap looking but hoped that once assembled it would be more substantial. I'm afraid that hope didn't materialise.I had to wait until 4/8 to get it assembled and the person doing it said it was difficult to build with many of the parts not fitting properly so much so he had to improvise a great deal,an example of this being the latch/ lock - he had to fit a piece of wood under where you bolted it in to raise it because it didn't fit. The door still remains partially open at top because it's a very poor fit.The two hinges are more suited to kitchen cabinets- very flimsy! Windows are cheap plastic,once again poorly fitted and appear to be cracked. It is supposedly guaranteed for 25 years - it's unlikely to last 25 months.This is not a hostile review - it is fact and I can supply photos.I will be contacting Shed Store with my complaints and certainly not recommending them and their sheds to anyone!

My experience with your company, so far, has been nothing but positive, a very helpful lady on the other end of the phone answered all my questions, and was more than helpful. The only thing I would suggest is not to do the survey until the product has been delivered and erected, I would be more than pleased to give you an update once I have the shed

Site was easy to use and very helpful at each stage.

Before and during the purchase of the shed I was advised I could select the delivery date, this is not true. After completing the order I received an email stating it would take 2 - 3 weeks for the item to be delivered, I then received another email advising me the delivery date would be extended further due the couriers they use for particular areas. I have not received the shed and at no point was I able to select a preferred delivery date, either during or after the purchase.

Ask me again when they have done their part of the deal and delivered the shed!

Kept fully informed by both Shedstore and Forest in the run-up and on the day of delivery. Also helpful with product information prior to ordering. Delivered on time by Shaz who was friendly and efficient. We have not yet erected the shed as allotment formalities have still to be completed. Thank you for great service so far.

Thanks to John M. Excellent service and a good ambassador for Shedstore. He even carried all 10 panels to the back garden. Smashing lad as well.

This is a company that truly cares about their customers. They put their customers first. It is very rare these days to find a company who go above and beyond to help their customers in the way Shedstore have with with me. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Once I selected the shed that I wanted I was able to customise in terms of size. The check out process via secure payment was very easy to follow.

Appalling experience with this company. More than four months from order of a shed which cost c.£1800 and still we have no functioning shed. The assembly which was paid for as part of the order has had to be abandoned twice, on the first occasion due to 25% of the shed panels being unusable due to being damaged (split/warped/riddled with assorted defects). Quality control from the factory is zero. The overall quality of the product is abysmal and not fit for purpose and Shedstore simply point the finger at the manufacturer, rather than taking any responsibility or attempting to rectify or mitigate the situation. Multiple different (4 so far and counting) deliveries of replacement parts, to replace the substandard initial delivery. The parts never arrive on the agreed date and on one occasion a stack of panels were delivered when we were on holiday, despite being at pains to let Shedstore and Forest Garden know we were away and them also acknowledging this and confirming delivery wouldn’t be attempted whilst we were away. The shed panels were left by the courier stacked against a wall, and were already damaged before even having been unwrapped. We have a graveyard of unusable shed panels littering our property now and the customer service and communication from Forest Garden and Shedstore is non-existent. As a result I have begun a charge back process via PayPal in an attempt to get them to sit up and notice as well as claw back some of the cost by way of compensation for the shambolic product, lack of customer care and ongoing mess. Edit: Shedstore will not communicate with me directly and have told me any further communication must be made through PayPal because I opened a dispute. Which was done out of necessity because Forest and Shedstore failed to respond to my recent email. A company having a sulk, how professional and conciliatory. Edit: In reply to Shedstore, you’ve had a huge amount of information already via email, and you have now asked me to direct all communication to you through PayPal, which I have done. FURTHER EDIT: Despite Shedstore claiming they have requested more info to look into it further, they have done nothing of the sort. It’s nearly five months since ordering and paying for a shed including installation, and I still don’t have a usable or watertight shed. They have £1800 of my money and I’m now having to look at initiating a legal claim against them to recoup it. I recommend you don’t make the same mistake I did and avoid Shedstore and Forest Garden (part of the same group) at all costs. FURTHER EDIT: Just for the avoidance of doubt and to be clear that Shedstore’s response is disingenuous, they have all my information and have not contacted me at all. The shed remains uncompleted and not water tight and I have circa 15-20 broken and unusable panels awaiting collection. Five months in, they have my money and do not care about resolving the issues highlighted.

I was very surprised how quickly the article arrived.Am still fitting the arch in place.
