I got what I paid for, delivered on time by a lovely young man called John M who couldn't have been more polite, respectful and helpful. In fact I even rang your customer service to pass on what a fantastic employee John M is. It was value for money.
We purchased a corner summerhouse from Shedstore and we were so impressed with it. It arrived when it said it would and securely packaged with no damage to item. It went together really well and I now have a beautiful sewing studio.
An excellent shed but thd ‘windows’
It's a total lie, they wont deliver to your garden! My garden has side access, with a gate at the bottom just 25m from the road. Driver flatly refused and would only deliver to curb side. I phoned the company as I had ordered from them specifically because they say on their website that they deliver to your garden... And I'd recently had a hernia operation. I was basically met with a very rude woman on the phone who flatly refused to help, and said did I expect the driver to deliver the shed down an alley!? It's health and safety, he can't deliver a 10x8 shed on his own. I agreed why was he on his own if he can't deliver the shed to my garden? It has side access to the garden... I even offered to help despite my injury. But they both refused. I was basically bullied in to excepting delivery on the curb side or she would cancel the order. Horrible customer service, discussing behaviour on the phone. They refused to take the shed near my garden let alone in to it... Was only put a few meters in from the curbside. Totally out of order. I was also told that if I tried to order from another company that it would be delivered by them as they are the only distributors in the UK. Intestingly they offer a service to build your shed... But how would they do this if they won't deliver to your garden... Build it in the street? White Glove delivery... NO way total jokers and an outright lie! Also one panel is slightly broken, so I will unfortunately also need to contact them again to get a replacement piece... I haven't put it together yet and can only hope that the shed is better quality than the service!?

Do not trust this company. First shed arrived wrecked. Reorder was over two further weeks for delivery then on the day of delivery it failed due to a pathetic excuse that the driver was out of driving hours…. It’s a shed not a god damn steel structure!!! Go elsewhere and buy a good shed from a reputable company. These are not to be trusted. Now a reply saying shedstore have requested more info to look into this but no communication with me

Quality rubbish
Slightly disappointed that we didn’t receive the product on the allotted delivery date we selected. Also no notification about the non-delivery, which we had to contact Shedstore about to clarify. We have received a revised delivery date now, three days later than our preferred selection. We can’t comment on the product yet, as we still haven’t seen it!

I felt that my custom was appreciated every effort was made to meet my requirements. The shed was good quality, competitively priced and delivered exactly as promised.
Excellent delivery experience. Shed is of good quality but instructions are a little vague. Some of the wood received had no place in the construction and some bits left over. The Perspex for the windows was wrong size and had to buy some pre-cut replacements as I needed it complete by a set date. Overall very satisfied
