It's hard to rate an experience with a company based solely on an interaction with a website. Ordering was easy and the price appeared to be competitive. Hopefully delivery will be quick and the product will live up to expectations. Update:- shed was delivered today. 26/9/24 Flat pack with instructions. Will update again after putting it together.

The parcel arrived promptly, but when I looked at it I was a little perplexed as it seemed that only was side was there. I checked, yes I was right. But I had never seen this cold frame before, so how had they not noticed the missing side. It looked obvious to me. However it looks sturdy, which is just what I need. I telephoned straight away and the woman I spoke to was very helpful and the piece has been ordered. It should be here next week I am told. So, all in all, a good product but only if someone checks it to make sure it’s all there before it leaves the factory - especially disappointing when it was so obvious.

Fast delivery. All parts arrived plus a few extra nuts and bolts. Not all the parts had the reference number which made it a little bit confusing. Many of the part numbers were unclear due to print being faded. Instructions for the front apex were also unclear and took a while to understand. More clarity on the instructions would be helpful and suggest not trying to put up on a windy day. Looks very good in the garden and we are very pleased with the results.

To be honest I have ordered 2 sheds now from this company and both times they have been missing parts, miscut, warped wood, misshaped, cheap. I won't be buying for my clients again

Not worth the money or hassle. Received a shed made with wet lumber. It was cut wet, built wet, and delivered wet. As it has dried out numerous knots have cracked, boards have split, boards have warped so much there are gaps large enough to fit your hand through. The shiplap on the doors has shrunk to the point the boards no longer meet at all. And the doors barely meet in the middle. The frame has twisted so the doors are difficult to close. The roofing felt arrived damaged so I had to buy replacement felt or leave an OSB roof uncovered in the rain. The solid wood floor has also shrunk as it dried. A complaint to Shedstore has not received a reply in over a month. The maintenance free, 25 year guarantee shed I thought I bought hasn't even lasted a few weeks. It's not secure with gaps that would allow someone to easily pull off the siding and it's not weather proof with so many cracked knots and split boards. I just want it gone and my money back. The manufacturer of the shed told me that the warping, splitting, and cracking should 'settle down'... I'm not sure what they mean by that. Every panel has all those problems and I've never known lumber to magically unwarp, unsplit, and uncrack itself. Even if it 'settles down' and stops, the shed can't keep rain out. Update: Customer services are appalling and rude. They would much rather try to intimidate a customer than solve a problem. I asked for a call back and got an email with a 'final offer' that doesn't begin to address how much I am now out of pocket for a garden shed that looks nothing like the pictures on their website and stands no chance of keeping the contents secure or dry. I could have built better myself with discarded pallets. I felt like I was talking to a stroppy teenager with a bad attitude who just wanted me to go away. Another update: Another day has passed without a resolution. The promised 'call from a manager' obviously wasn't as important to Shedstore as it is to me. And yet another update: Still no call from Shedstore. It's now more than a month. I've taken more photos of the shed to prepare a case. I'm glad I didn't buy the lighting that was offered. With so many gaps, cracks, and splits, it certainly isn't needed. How can any reputable company sell such a terrible product? How can they fail to take responsibility?

The delivery team of Mitch and Phil arrived at the time advised previously. Nothing was too difficult for them and they stored the shed parts where I asked them to. A seemless well executed delivery. Thank you very much Mitch and Phil. I thought the map of their position and updated delivery time was class. Well done!

I originally ordered a metal shed but, after delivery, decided that, with small children about, it was going to get too hot in summer, so I asked if I could have a wooden shed instead. The very helpful lady at Shedstore said that was no problem and she arranged collection of the metal shed and delivery of the wooden one for me; I didn't have to do a thing. Really good service!

Awful. Dropshippers, not a retailer, no physical stock held. Delivered a buckled, mangled greenhouse frame that is unusable. Told to contact the manufacturer. Still unresolved.

Very Well made very pleased with it 🤪 only thing missing was the badge , good communication via email and text message , delivery time spot on easy site to use, only given 4 star due to not taking package away as stated and delivering driver didn't really want to put it in back garden , I did think it would come built but should have checked.

In summary, awful. I still don’t have my order. I wasted half of my Saturday waiting for the delivery that never happened. I will not be ordering from you again. I would urge anyone reading my review to go somewhere else.
