Ordered a metal shed , had a call theres a two week delay , then same day another call its going to be 12 weeks so waiting on a refund now , have to look somewhere else .

I had researched numerous shed companies over several weeks as it appears to be a mine field based on quality, descriptive information and of course cost and value for money. I decided to contact a company called Shedstore and spoke to Ruben, he was a credit to his Company as he listened to my concerns, gave what I felt was his honest advice and guided me to the product he felt best suited my needs. I ordered a tall wall Victorian green house by telephone and the person taking my order was very helpful and dealt with it efficiently. I was advised of delivery schedule and my greenhouse arrived within this timescale. I was advised of delivery date and time and again it arrived within the time slot. My partner spoke with the delivery driver and found him to be helpful and informative and very pleasant. We are very pleased with the whole order/delivery of our greenhouse and with the item itself.

I ordered a fence panel - I haven't received it yet, ask me later!

Very poorly made. I expected some swelling, shrinkage etc. But during assembly there were gaps, misalignment, some of the panels hadn't been fixed and most of them moved as I had painted it before construction. If I had the time I would take it apart and ask for my money back. I took photos of all the assembly for proof. Would not recommend. I will have to re-enforce it which I am capable of but some people may not be able to. My opinion avoid.

My order was acknowledged and confirmed very quickly. I received an email telling me how long it would be before it was going to be delivered. I then got a reminder to leave a review. This is a bit silly because I have yet to receive the Summer house.

I was kept in touch re my order and it arrived on time and when I had a query there was no problem getting through to the company and was looked after promptly. The delivery team, Carl and Fred, were so helpful and courteous. Although I only bought a budget shed, which I am very pleased with, my experience with the the company is of 100% satisfaction. Thank you and I shall definitely buy my new summerhouse from them.

Purchased a Forest Garden Shed From Shedstore. Shed looks good but disappointed in windows as the Perspex looks flimsy. May be better when Shed is put together this weekend. Delivery was very good with Updates. Driver very helpful with unloading to storage area
