The machine was repaired from the leak yesterday 16th March. But when I tried to use it, the program dial didn't work. As this wasn't the problem it has clearly been the fault of the fitter. I called early this morning and left a message. No reply. I rang again mid morning. No response. I was able to talk to someone when I called just before 1pm and she said the engineer would call me back. No call. I've called twice mire this afternoon, no answer. I will be without a machine until at least Monday, which will be 11 days since I reported the problem. This is very poor service.

Overall, service was good, but it took a long time to fix the problem with our gas oven. 2 weeks were wasted waiting for a part we didn't need due to mis-diagnosis by the first engineer.
Engineer was prompt, quickly located and repaired the fault. Did not leave any mess behind.
The engineer (Nicu) investigated our problem by running tests and through this identified exactly what was wrong. He repaired the issue and since then our dishwasher has been working without leaking. Nicu was very helpful, patient, knowledgeable and professional. Thank you Nicu for your help.
