Attended within 24 hours and made the repair (new pump in washing machine) there and then. Kept us updated on arrival time by phone. Fixed at 6pm on a Friday! Cannot fault service or John our service repair guy.

Very quick & nicely job done
When the engineer came to fix our cooker which was not heating up properly he diagnosed the problem was a faulty fan without taking the oven out of the unit. He had to order the fan so we waited another week with a faulty oven. He took the oven out on his second visit only to find it was the bottom element funny that. I will never use Service Site ever again as I have not been able to contact them to discuss our experience, they we’re going to call me back nobody has. Keith
We have a gas leak on our fridge freezer. Engineer visited at approximately 12-30. He confirmed there was a gas leak. He said the job would cost £130 so i presumed he would repair and refill it. 2 1/2 hours later it wasnt cold again! When contacted he said he had not repaired but just filled it up.
