We arranged our fridge to be repaired in November . Engineer contacted quickly and came . Supposedly repaired the fidge by putting in new part. Paid £157.93 . Few days later same fault . Engineer returned and supposedly repaired by putting putty around a hole. few days later same fault. Since then I have tried to contact engineer and service site appliance repairs and have been totally ignored. Have had to engage another company who have identified the issue quickly and have said the previous engineer obviously was not competent. Do not under any circumstances use this company unless you want to waste your money.

Nicku was very polite and friendly.. He had my dishwasher repaired in next to no time. Nicku was also very respectful of my property. Took off his shoes without being asked. I have now changed my mind about the repair. My dishwasher broke down again after 10 days. I rang Service Site. Guess what i am still waiting for them to return my call. The so called repair cost me over one hundred pounds. I would not use the company again.

Very efficient service with affable engineer.

The booking was personal, simple and quick. Always a relief to speak to someone. The engineer, Gary Howland, was excellent. Solved the problem and ensured it was solved before leaving. He gave excellent service.

And said the price to look at it was £59 got billed for £70 and was told in few minutes here my appliance wasn't worth repairing. Please be aware they like to charge more than their add fir doing bugger all

The lad Paul who came to ours to fix washer was pleasant and told us everything we needed to know he also kept intouch on the progress of the part we were waiting for.A very helpful man will certainly recommend yous to friends and family

Bit pricey, but completed job fine. Comms not too great on the day of the job. Had to ring engineer, because not had any communication from engineer on ETA.

An extremely helpful and informative young engineer came and mended my cooker for me. He was quick and efficient and I will use him again.

The repair man who came was brilliant - have no complaints about him and would give him 5 stars. However the booking system has recently been changed and needs to revert back. He is actually self employed and covers certain post codes for this company. He used to get a message to say that someone has requested a repair and he would then ring them and book a mutually convenient time. Now they just book you in and not even notify him. He could be on holiday and they would still book him! Ridiculous. Thankfully i got an email saying who would be attending and his mobile number. I rang him the day after my "appointment" and he knew nothing of it. Eventually found it when he searched through. He was so apologetic when it clearly wasn't his fault. We then arranged a time for him to come and as i say, did a fantastic job. If you want people to use your services, you need to get this sorted out.

Excellent service. The engineer was here the next day and very efficiently fixed the fault.

I was charged £94.80 to be advised that the reduced spin button had been pressed on my washing machine , which it had not and I am left £94.80 poorer with washing machine that still doesn’t work

“Repair man” did not even switch machine on to hear the noise. Said there was a leak when there wasn’t. Did not try to see if a replacement pump was available.Said the noise (which he had not heard) was the bearings, which it was not. Do not use these people !

1. Engineer showed up an hour early which was inconvenient. 2. The dishwasher details, make and ID, were communicated prior to the appointment. When the engineer came to do the repair he told me that the parts needed for the repair were no longer available. He should have checked this out before coming and charging me £70.80 for doing absolutely nothing. 3. I suspect this company couldn't care less about actually doing the repair as long as they get the mandatory charge for showing up. Beware
