Superior Service I can’t speak highly enough of the Service Heroes team who replaced my smoke alarms today. Both Arin and Sabrina were absolute professionals, who gave a courtesy call pre-arrival and were very efficient and tidy with their work. They also repaired other light issues around my home and gave invaluable advice about energy efficient lighting options and attended to an existing faulty light fitting, which could have had dire consequences. I will definitely book them again. Well done Arin and Sabrina, you are a credit to your company.

I really appreciate the support I got from them. From, the moment I enquired about them via email to actually calling them for help went smoothly. Joshua whom I talked with on Phone was helpful and enthusiastic to help me. He arranged an appointment within short notice. Sam who came to our unit was a big man with a passion and heart of gold. Jake and Sami really went above and beyond in solving our major electrical problem and fitting and wiring a new brace to our roof. They showed real care for our family’s safety and I was impressed with their attention to detail in the work and the clean-up. They were friendly and patient in helping me understand what they planned to do, and they did a great job. You couldn’t really ask for more!

Arin is a superstar. We rang Service Heroes after an electrical disaster. A fire in an electrical pillar in our street surged power through our house and some wiring was fried and very dangerous. Arin arrived within the hour. Once he saw the extent of the damage he had a colleague join him and they went about making our house safe again. They didn't leave until 9.30 pm or so, but they restored power to the lights and the fridge too. The next day Arin was back with 3 colleagues - they worked their asses off to re-wire the entire house. Arin and his pals answered all of our stupid questions and gave us a lot of comfort by explaining everything they needed to do and why. A few days after our very scary emergency life is back to normal - thanks Arin!

Michael was fantastic, in that he explained the issue clearly and went through various options. Also checked all other hoses to check for signs of the corrosion that had resulted in a flooded bathroom. Great friendly service.

I would like to extend my gratitude and compliments to your employees Michael, Brad and Adam for their services that I have received for a plumbing issue that turned out to be quite extensive and urgent. Prior to calling Service Heroes, I had looked up multiple plumbing companies that had huge call out fees before even knowing the problem. When I called up, your phone operator was very helpful and reassured me that a plumber was on the way and would call me before arriving to my property. Michael arrived with great expertise and inspected the issue precisely. He was also kind enough to attain a sewer service diagram at no additional cost which gave him more insight on the pipes. Michael walked me through where the issue was and showed me the diagram, indicating where the pipes/inspection point were on my property so that I would also be aware for future references. This level of professionalism and ability to locate the problem and get to the bottom of the situation promptly, exceeded my expectations. Within the next day, Brad and Adam arrived and quickly began the extensive plumbing job. Again, I was walked through every step of the process which just demonstrates their commitment to great customer service. I am extremely pleased with the quality of your employees and look forward to continue to do business with Service Heroes in the future. Great service by great staff! Whilst the staff were running late due to other jobs , they arrived happy and apologetic. All facets of the job were done efficiently AND they found a way to overcome parts that I had missed ordering to make sure the job was completed. Will use this company again!
