Our electrical repairs were done so professionally and with care by Jake. Great communication and experience and I got some excellent advice on our next electrical renovation which we will definitely book him in for. As a bonus our super friendly cavoodle was very happy to receive an enthusiastic pat.

Ali in customer service was great at keeping me updated and working around my schedule. Ahmad the electrician was amazing, and worked around my home’s ancient wiring to install my chandelier with no fuss. He also helped us with replacing our broken smoke detectors, and was polite and accommodating to all of our questions and requests. Definitely recommend Service Heroes!

After submitting a request for quote online I was contacted quickly with a home visit and formal quote provided before the week ended. The quote was well priced with full explanation of work to be carried out provided. Finished the job today (within 2 weeks of my initial contact via online request) and it is beautiful work... beyond what I expected! Friendly guys and extremely knowledgeable. Contacted Service Heroes after power outage.They tested all power points and on inspection of power board it was not Australian Safety Standard.It was recommended the power board should be upgraded and listened to the questions my wife and asked and answered our honestly and without baffling technical jargon and at no time did they treat me and my as dummies,with the upgrade done my wife and i feel much safer not just for us but our grandchildren.Thank you to both Anthony and Ahmad and i will gladly recommend Service Heroes

The best in the business ! Jake, Josh and team know what they are doing ! Service heroes had installed a quantum 340l heat pump for us in July 2019. Compressor died in Oct 2020. These guys worked with Quantum in no time and helped fix the issue, yes we had cold showers for few days but the efforts of SH’s, their proactive support and keeping you updated right from the start till the issue was fixed has to be appreciated. I now need two split air cons installed and have contacted SH’s already. Never before have I experienced such a fantastic, customer focused company in this trade. Thanks guys

Alfonso from Mr Switch, Service Heroes was amazing at installing a bidet spray to my fully enclosed toilet unit! I was very impressed with his work and he knew exactly where to drill and which pipes to use. He purchased the perfect bidet spray for us which was just right for our bathroom. He was punctual and got the job done quickly without bursting any pipes. He also replaced a broken sink unit for us as well! He even gave us reasonable prices for being first time customers. Very happy customer!
Serviceheroes by name only. Cunning sales pitch and left without solving the immediate problem. Their very expensive $2500+ solution was easily solved by an electrician over the phone. Get a second opinion before signing anything. I learnt the hard way after they witheld a deposit even within 30 minutes of cancelling the order. Thanks for nothing!
