Service heroes organised plumber Sam to my property. Sam was efficient and honest and attended to my bathroom basin water leak quickly. All fixed and working great.

We had a leaking roof and Stuart came to inspect it and found the problem very quickly . He showed me photos of the issue and quoted me on the price before he went ahead and repaired it . He did the repair on the day and did a great job . I will definitely use this company again .

We just had John (Jonathon) give us back our lights. After some bad weather we lost all our lights, John came around in very quick order and inspected the property. He gave us a quote to find the problem and a sliding scale of price relative to the scale of the problem once diagnosed. We were happy with the quite reasonable quote and he was able to work on it straight away. John found it was one of the lesser problems that he had predicted and fixed it for even less time and money than we were expecting. John was very professional, easy to work with and just a nice guy. I have used these guys in the past and would continue to recommend them.

On time and helpful

Excellent service - Highly recommended and would use again in a heartbeat. Kosta, Elyas and their team were punctual, friendly, efficient and incredibly thoughtful. Their communication was clear and precise. They completed the job with very little impact/disruption to the household. And even offered extra service when they uncovered issues that could impact the results of their work down the track. Never making it feel like it was a money grab, but rather someone who really cared about their work and the customer’s satisfaction. I’m extremely happy and have no doubt the job is completed to the very best standard.

We have been waiting for repairs to be completed. Promised on June 27 that the work would be completed that week. Still not complete! The floor they repaired is unlevel, there is mess everywhere! Spoke to them through today Saturday July 9, 2022 and they promised the carpet layers would complete the job and we could finally go on holiday. Didn’t turn up I messaged at 11.00am, 3.pm and 4.00pm having waited all day. Do not trust this company!
