I had other plumbers attend and could tell they were inexperienced based on multiple factors. Sam narrowed down the problem and then explained the best solution to rectify the issue. Ahmed, Hayden and Adam did a superb job for me in Glen Iris. Newly purchased home needed new light fittings, LED fan installation, new power point location plus relocation of existing power points. All three are honest, trustworthy and reliable and the work was completed to an excellent standard. Impressive from start to finish!!

Ive had issues with our led strip lights for over 2 years and also a pesky fault that keeps on tripping our apartment. 3 other electricians have come before, fiddled around and tried to fix the issue only for the led strip lights to switch off after they leave and the fault to randomly trip. Jake from Service Heroes came and took the time to methodically work out what the issues is and provided the solutions to fix the problem. I’m really happy and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and use them again. Well worth the money considering I had to pay for the other electricians who didn’t fix the issues in the end. Needed entire house rewiring.new fusebox. Chose service H due to the thoroness of the quote, not leaving anything out, from street wires to light switches. All went to plan and work was done as quoted. on the day of work I asked for a surge protector in new fuse board.and I didn't ask the price,I was charged $355 . I looked at service H website, surge protection From $149. I rang there office asking why I paid 355, rather than 149, Thinking a error occurred in billing, As the SH plumber came around to inspect a gas leak at meter and quoted $355 Too MGT said the price difference is between cheap and best quality product installed, the installing electrician didn't offer me that $200 less choice...

Fantastic service from Sam at Service Heros, a wonderful electrician that has done numerous installations and repairs at our new house. One of the installations was quite difficult (new pendant light in a double story void), Sam managed to do this job with great precision. Sam is always on time and very professional.
