Jessica from the Chat Section and Nathan the Boss were both very professional, helpful and patient during negotiations for a 7.1KLw Rev Cycle Inverter Type Fujitsu A/C unit. When I finally made my decision based on Nathan's advice the Unit was installed perfectly and the Electricians were skillful, polite and friendly. I will, therefore, highly recommend Service Heroes for A/C install and maintenance. However, future customers should research first the Unit they want, its capacity rating and prices from other shops and online retailers. When you finally chat with Jessica to ask for a quote, ask for an assurance that you will get a FREE QUOTE with no call-out fee. Take a picture or screenshot of that assurance because the call-out technician can be pushy and say there is a $29 fee.

So thankful to super heroes. They were very accommodating and the response from the plumber was quick and professional not only that he was courteous and efficient. I would recommend their trades people to anyone.

All of the Super Heroes team who helped with my hot water system were great. Everything was explained I was given 3 choices. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Sam our plumber was excellent. Always on time, polite and professional. Explained all work to be done and would answer any questions / concerns. Cleaned up after the job and again took the time to explain things. Definitely would recommend.

Arin attended out home this morning to fix a fan receiver that was faulty. He offered hood advice about how to proceed. He was professional and courteous and tidied up after the job.

They were able to come the same day as our hot water system went down. They quoted us on different options and the option we went with was installed the next business day after the weekend and we were left with a borrow unit so we had hot water. The installation was fast and clean and the they were friendly and helpful.

Ahmed and Arin did an amazing job. They were efficient and friendly and I am sure the work was of a high quality. I would highly recommend them!

Aaron and Steve were so lovely today. They came in and put up 7 lights and chandeliers for me. They were so helpful, thoughtful and professional. They tidied up after themselves, vacuumed and made sure the areas they worked in were clean and tidy when they left. They are lovely young men. Please pass on my thanks to Aaron and Steve.

Thoroughly disappointed When I rang this company,they said that the call out fee is just $26 plus GST. They sent their Electrician who came and just switched on the Aircondition unit. He then said , it shows me an error code which I have to investigate further by bringing my tools from my vehicle and check the unit that is fixed under the roof. This will cost another $129 plus GST to detect the error. This service is apart from the call out charge. When I rang them , they didn’t tell me that there is further charge to detect the error. They keep the call out charge at a low cost but they charge further to detect the error which is not revealed to the customer at the point of first contact. I am very disappointed with their business practice.

Very grateful to Service Heroes who on short notice came and fitted our new bathroom with an exhaust fan and LED down lights. More so - they left the place spotless. Their professionalism, eye for detail, and practical advice is 5 star worthy. I very much recommend them to all.
