Called and organised a 'free quote' according to the website which had pulled in my local area information so it looked like a customised serviced to my specific area. They then told me i had to pay a $29 call out fee which was refundable if i accepted the quote. So the guys came, they were very polite, on time and thorough. I wanted 3 powerpoints installed and they informed me of other issues i needed to get rectified (Additional/replacement safety switches). Total quote came in at $2008 +gst. I nearly fell off my chair. The actual work which i wanted came in at over $1000 for 3 powerpoints. The access was good and i knew if wasn't going to be a difficult job. I immediately got another quote for less than half of that price. Really disappointed in these ridiculous prices, this business should be re-named to 'rip off bandits'.

It was late Thursday afternoon and my bidet was broken down and we needed to get it fixed urgently. My wife has a disability and she relies on the bidet very much, so I rang Service Hero whom I had previous dealings with them before and I found them reliable with excellent in service. I spoke to Josh about my issue and early next morning he has a plumber in my door step and within an hour the bidet was repaired. I would highly recommend Hero Plumbing service to everyone for its excellent service.

Fantastic friendly service, arrived before the time, everything done efficiently and well. Went the extra mile to fill and repaint the ceiling where the old fitting had been. Had a new dishwasher, oven and stove top installed by Aaron and Brad and they both did an amazing job! They made sure everything was installed correctly, they removed my old items at no charge and were very time efficient. Would definitely recommend.

I am happy with the end result of the drain work in Job number 47495 but I was both suprised but dissapointed that the quote of $450.00 I was given by the plumber in the on-site inspection was increased by a further $50.00 for the final cost. Upon phoning your company I was advised that the extra $50.00 cost was for the GST.At no time was the subject of GST mentioned at the on-site inspection and my previous email to Service Heroes regarding this incident has not to this date been answered. It should be paramount with your company to advise its clients,especially people of senior years of the total cost of any planned work including GST before the client agrees to have the work completed.

Absolutely great service the young gentleman who came to me house was so professional and caring for my elderly parents he was here for five hours and was just an absolute gentleman to my both parents. He was very professional and a problem that four other plumbers couldn’t fix he fixed within the five hours would highly recommend this company to anyone the after-care service was fantastic as well.
