I called Service Heroes and spoke to Josh for an air-conditioner quote, after seeing an advertisement on the net. An appointment was made for the very next day, the service man (Darko) arrived on schedule and gave me a satisfactory quote for the work needed, which I accepted. Darko and his mate, Max, were on time (not too early!), efficient, explained exactly what they were doing and why, completed the job within the specified time, and left everything neat and tidy. The only difficulty I had was trying to make my Fujitsu cash-back claim, and Josh came to the rescue. He walked me through the process and made it really easy. Thank you, Josh, for going above and beyond... Service Heroes really does understand what "service" means.
I wanted to thank Andrew and team for their response to a difficult situation and how efficiently they resolved it for me. The service they provided was exceptional, and answered questions and kept me undated along the repair. It was an awkward area and they handled it professionally despite some set backs. Friendly, respectful and obviously expert in their fields of expertise. I could not recommend them highly enough to anyone and again pass on my thanks for the work they did.
I have never written a review before but needed to take time out today to highly recommend Jake the electrician. His service was excellent and I will be ringing him now for all my electrical needs in the future. Had an urgent situation today and he was out and job finished within an hour of my call. Aaron was very professional, kind, considerate, and efficient. He arrived on time, took time to explain work scope, observed good distancing and had PPE on throughout work during this COVID19 season, cleaned up all the workstations after he completed work, and was meticulous throughout his work. He also went above and beyond in helping us search for our dog who ran out while we were discussing the work scope. He is a Service Hero. It was an seamless and efficient process. I had an urgent job, which was sorted through online booking. Had a quick callback the following morning. Got Aron (?Aaron) for quote and then for the job. On time, listened, offered useful advice and explained everything clearly. Was careful of my stuff and tidied up after himslef. Worked quickly and efficiently.
Not my first time using them; this time it was to get extra power sockets installed. Very friendly and professional service, with quick turnaround times. They even provided advice on a lighting issue I had, and fixed a problem socket for free!
