Truly terrible experience I have used the company for 5 orders over 1000 dollars worth of livestock and only one order showed up on time without losses. Two orders were total losses. Don't waste your time or money. Avoid at all costs! Fair warning

I've never seen livestock this small before, I've had saltwater tanks for 25 years and never bought or even seen animals this small for sale. Very disappointed in this order.

Honestly one of the best on the web. Ordered multiple times from Saltwaterfish.com and have yet to have a bad experience. Honestly, I was shocked to see the level of care they took when packing the shipment. Corals, Inverts, and Fish all arrived alive and well packed with "heat" or proper temp packs. One part I was more impressed with is the local fish store or whomever is shipping and packing for them actually called me and let me know he didn't feel confident one of my selections was healthy enough to ship. They offered to hold the shipment for a week and quarantine it and actually sent me a picture of the subject. A week later the guy sure enough did not do well and was re-contacted and removed it from the order. This level of detail was impressive and well appreciated.

I’ve used them for years and really haven’t had any problems but I ordered a emperor angel and arrived dead. I contacted them and haven’t heard anything back. Dry dissatisfied
