The Goby (a marine fish) was supposed to arrive overnight by Fedex. Despite me calling saltwater fish, and Fedex numerous times, the fish arrived at my local fedex office 2 days late. Although I went there immediately, I was told that "no one could access the container", and so I had to come back the next day, adding yet another day to the animal being in the packaging. By that time the Goby had died. Saltwater Fish could have, and should have been more active with Fedex. Maybe they even need to question using Fedex altogether

They are nice customer helping minded fellows and make my purchase marine lives worry free :) Highly recommended . I have bought several marine lives as a starting hobbist, their customer service gave me guidance on how to set up right , even losses occured , no worry, they will help you get refund or store credits for next time purchase . Their attitude is the gold.

Any issued credit has many stipulations and more than other vendors, but the service provided is excellent. Chrissy is often available via chat and is able to help on the spot. Overall, I do recommend purchasing live stock from here. I gave 4 stars but service is really a 5. 4 stars is due to the credit limitations.
