This is a great site for my saltwater aquarium supplies. I especially like their selection of fish and corals.

It's sad to say but I am no longer going to deal with saltwaterfish.com. Of all the orders I have placed over the last 4-5 years have arrived dead, with the exception of a couple corals. If I order fish or inverts, they are dead and floating when I open the box. The order I received today, had very little air in the bags and water was ice cold. Probably because of only one heat pad in the box. I have never had this issue with other online reef stores. Guess I learned my lesson.

my first order with saltwaterfish.com was delayed by the shipper and most items arrived dead. They not only honored the guarantee but very quickly replaced the ones that had died. Highly recommend and have already placed another order with them.

I'm giving 4 stars because of shipping issues. I would like to be able to pick my delivery date. There is a drop down menu, but there's only ever 1 date available. I would also like it if FedEx was not the courier of choice as they're never on time, and the packages always show up with some sort of damage.

A very good experience with SWF with during a cold winter in WI. Fast turnaround: Ordered Sun eve and received Tues morning, with free shipping and agreeable packing fee. SWF got them to WI within a two-day window before another cold snap. Great packing job, and the fish are beautiful and healthy. Will definitely come back!

Great website, easy to order with detailed instructions. They also provide detailed instructions on how to acclimate the fish/others and that helps a lot !

I have bought multiply times from Saltwaterfish.com over the years. This is the first time that I have had to use the 15 day guarantee. First I must say that 15 days is very generous. My order was held up by FedEx for 4 days in freezing conditions. All but 2 fish died in the first 4 days. Saltwaterfish's Customer service has been a pleasure to work with. Sheila has communicated with me every step of the way. This experience has made me even more confidante in purchasing in the future. Stephen

I’ve purchased fish here twice now and the experience has went without any problems. The fish I order were the correct size as stated when selecting so I’m pleased with that. I also like that you can have you shipment held at the fedX facility for pick-up ( I don’t want my fish being banged around all day on a truck) very convenient. Pricing / affordability was better than my LFS being prices have increased due to Covid or so I’ve been told. The fish arrived packaged well and and looked to be in good health. After acclimating my fish they seem to be doing excellent. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
