Placed an order. Received message from logistics company. Following day was advised that my order was cancelled. Very poor service. Should not have allowed my order to be placed if you were unable to deliver to my address.

Website and ordering was good. Both shower profiles arrived damaged so I rung to report this and was told to send an email with photos which I did. The email response I received was apologetic, pleasant but told me that as the damage was only reported over 7 days after the delivery they were not liable however as a Manager gesture of goodwill, replacements would be sent which they were 2 days later. Whilst this was a good outcome overall, I struggle to understand why it's the customers' job to not just conduct their quality control but also to have a deadline imposed?? I am not an employee of Royal Bathrooms therefore it's not my responsibility to check that their items are fit for purpose. The packaging was undamaged so clearly had happened prior to dispatch. Whilst their approach would not stand up in Consumer Law it's distressing for customers who find themselves in this position. It was our Fitter that spotted the faults in the items when he came to fit them and we all currently struggle to find a Plumber who can start within 7 days!! However, at least they have a phone number and a Customer Service Team which is more than can be said for others. The goods were well priced and excellent quality.

Not impressed. Bought a toilet using the specific dimensions provided on the website as had limited inlet tank height. Site stated 360mm but toilet arrived with 410mm inlet. Job now delayed for days awaiting another supplier.. NOT GOOD ENOUGH Incurred unnecessary labour costs as a result...

Avoid this company at all costs - the site may look very elegant and professional, but I would recommend using any other company other than this one. We ordered a new shower and glass panels at a reasonable price, and in the description box they said under warranty but after 2 months of a manufacturing problem they refused and there was no convincing reason. Beware of this company

Shower cubicle wasn’t the expected size. Tried to ask for longer curved rails but company weren’t helpful at all. Was advised I was unable to return. Company did nothing to help me resolve the issue. Ended up selling the shower cubicle on privately and ordered a much better quality item from Victorian plumbing that was the right size. Won’t be using royal bathrooms again! A right Royal FU!!!
