I've never shopped with Royal Bathrooms before and was worried about spending a few £100s on a company I wasn't familiar with but i'm so pleased with my purchase. Delivery was super quick and products are a great quality. I will definitely be shopping here again.

The customer service I received was above and beyond. I bought a shower enclosure few months ago. Due to plumber issues was never fitted. New plumber suggested could fit the next size in and needed a high rise tray due to issues fitting in the loft en-suite. Called RB to ask if could exchange. I chose a new enclosure, which was delivered promptly and old one collected same time. The customer service was faultless. New shower enclosure still waiting to be fitted. Will review this once installed.

After long research and unpleasant experience from the other supplier we’ve purchased Abacus Comfort Height toilet (back to wall) So pleased with the solid quality, comfort height and clean super white colour. Plus our choice of slim toilet seat looking neat modern and sturdy as well. My daughter is a plumber- said it was pretty straight forward and easy to fit the toilet. I highly recommend this company and their great choice, quality and customer service.

Quality of their products is absolutely APPALLING. Sink basin doesn't appear to be good quality ceramic, it's covered in chips from only 7 months use (and not from us looking after it poorly - it just gets cleaned with a soft cloth). The drawers in the vanity unit don't sit flush. Overall dreadful.

Fast delivery. But disappointed that the 1400 long bath did not come with a 1400 long bath panel. I was about to select just the bath when I saw that I could have a bath with the bath panel in one purchase. It did state on the page that a 1700 panel comes with the bath but failing to see this as why would anyone think that the bath and panel would be of different length if they come as a set. Now I am left to cut the panel and have a cut edge which doesn't look as neat as a full panel would look.

I don’t think the 3 sided shower I was sold is for purpose. The person I explained this to wants to send out 2 extra wedges that they claim were missing but it’s not the case, they aren’t mentioned in the instructions and won’t fit into the section they say they are needed for on the shower cubicle. I’m disappointed with what I’ve bought and the fix won’t work. Leaving it flimsy as we had to rely on some heavy duty glue. I wouldn’t buy again from here. Their is a response from Rotal Nathrooms below saying their customer services reached out to me, FYI they offered £30 to alter this post.
