Despite ordering a toilet on a Saturday when the company was supposedly closed, the toilet was dispatched and with me by 8am Monday morning which I felt is incredible service. Staff were rather brusque and unhelpful so I was a bit nervous but I paid for next day delivery and everything went extremely well. Delivery driver communicated his progress and the product was delivered in an efficient and timely manner.
