Excellent quality items and great value for money . Quick delivery, Graat customer service . Had an issue with one of the sliding brackets on one of the vanity unit drawers, after emailing I received a brand new set of sliders and brackets within couple of days. 👍

+ve Good communications, very helpful driver and delivery on time at great price. Bath feels very good as does the shower screen however havent used it yet. -ve Bath feet adjustment limited for side panel would be difficult to fitted.

Not pleased. Had to pay for transport fee when returning item even they have own vans. Coming for collection so early in the morning ( calling before 6 am) .I won't recommend. There are few different bathroom companies. In a future I would buy somewhere else .
The instructions that came with the shower were unclear, took a lot of scratching of head and trial and error before we got how the door went together. Now that's it's constructed it's good.
