Royal Bathrooms have been exceptionally good. I ordered the wrong sized shower enclosure, the exchange process was made really easy. Emails were answered immediately and exchange was better than I expected. Can’t praise them enough.

Toilet is lovely, however it’s spoilt by the fact that the seat won’t stay up and creaks when I sit on it.. rather disappointed 😞

The shower and tray were OK but the instructions were poor. Too small not very well translated.
Cannot recommend enough. Incorrectly ordered a toilet and they were so helpful in sorting a new one and organising a collection of the wrong toilet despite it being my own error. Would definitely buy from here again.

very poor made, you can see glue on plastic black frame and is not going off.
Having bought the wrong size shower cubicle and my fitter short on time I needed a replacement and quick, this one arrived very quickly thankfully. It wasn't quite what I wanted but had to do given my mishap
Do NOT use this company. I was sent damaged goods that had obviously been returned to Royal bathrooms. The packaging still had the previous customers address and details on there. It cost me a fortune in fees having to send things back and wait for returns, at least a full says plumbers time to make the best use of the items sent. There are much better firms to use. These guys are a sham and WILL let you down. Go elsewhere and save yourselves a lot of bother.
