Unfortunately purchased a cheaper shower enclosure and tray from Plumbworld (see my review of them). Plumbworld completely messed me about with updates and delivery, I had to chase them and the final straw was receiving a text update on 26/11 telling me they were expecting to dispatch on 19/11? After they literally told me they had no idea when I could expect delivery I requested a refund and fortunately purchased from Royal Bathrooms instead although due to time wasted with Plumbworld I had to purchase with next day delivery but at less then £10 it was worth it. Excellent communication, tracking and delivered on time in one piece. I thought I'd payed more but matching the product details with Plumbworld it was near enough the same price. So everything worked out, Royal Bathrooms ended my nightmare and the shower enclosure was fitted in time for my Dad being home from hospital, no more climbing in and out of a bath makes his life much easier, mine would have been easier had I gone with Royal Bathrooms in the first place and not had so much of my time wasted by Plumbworld. I highly recommend Royal Bathrooms and hope you never have dealings with Plumbworld or any companies like them.

We ordered a sink and vanity unit and they were delivered as advised, but we didn’t like the colour - purely our choice. We chose a different sink and vanity unit and arranged an exchange with Shah. They even allowed me to drive to the warehouse to do the exchange the same day as we had the plumber booked in that night. Great service, beautiful sink and unit and excellent value - would definitely recommend these guys.

My purchase was relatively small and inexpensive, never the less, my shower enclosure and tray cam well packed and arrived on time with no fuss at all, the product was great for the price I paid and it looks perfect.

Terrible service, expecting customers to travel and take pictures before returning items, even after being informed that they are still in their original, unopened packaging. Also sent the picture of how it was delivered but this was ignored.
