Absolutely brilliant service. I could not have been happier with the level of customer service. I placed an order through eBay and unfortunately ordered the wrong size. Contacted the seller and was put at ease straight away they explained the step by step process of getting the correct item delivered and the wrong one returned. A collection on delivery was organised and the delivery and tracking were excellent. Even better the item I ordered is really good quality at a very reasonable price. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Good quality vanity unit and basin. Ordered this via eBay. In high gloss white. Unit was well packed, arrived undamaged and was pre-assembled. Installed yesterday. Looks really good and has plenty of storage. If I ever need another I will buy from them again.
I spoke to the most unhelpful person!!! Clearly happy to argue with a customer. I was ringing to find out if I needed the additional items that often pop up on sites as accessories or fittings for a purchase. In my case I had a shower encloser and tray in my basket ready to pay and wanted to know if the waste and riser kit were universal or did I have to purchase them to fit that particular shower, well... If he asked me once he must have asked me 10 times if it was a new shower, of course it's a new shower I said I'm purchasing it from you, it's in my basket with the shower valve and other accessories reiterated that I wanted help with to find out if I required further items. He constantley spoke over me and for this reason didn't and couldn't listen to me, soooo rude, I asked him to tranfer me to someone else, and then he hung up. Then rang me back for round two! Unbelievable, and then mimiced my accent so at this point I hung up! I hope he realises how much revenue he has just lost for Royal bathrooms, what a horrible boy... he clearly was a boy, and had never learnt any manner. CUSTOMERS PAY YOUR WAGES. nasty piece of work
Easy to find and order on a very good website. Brilliant price for toilet basin, cistern and soft close seat . All excellent quality. Could have been delivered sooner but cam on the day I requested at 07.00am. Brilliant, it was fitted and working by 10.30am. My wife is extremely pleased and I am a happy bunny.
I orderd a vanity unit bowl and taps from Royal bathrooms little bit apprehensive as never used this companey befor . I also payed for express deilvery true to the company policy next day all items deliverd myself and my bathroom fitter were very impressed with the quality of the items . Now my bathroom is finished and the unite looks perfect so yes id rate Royal bathrooms hight excellent from placing my order to the delivery to any Communications can't fault them and i'd definitely recomend and will recomend them to anybody looking for bathroom furniture
I ordered a shower cube with next day delivery. It was meant to come today. I got a call at 8.09 and a text saying : Delivery from royal bathrooms. At 8.11 I saw the missing call and I called almost every minute for the next 15 minutes and I was being told that the user is on the other line. The driver finally phoned back 40 minutes later to say he has been at the address. I was awake since 7 am and noone has rung the door buzzer which is impossible not to hear. He also said he has been on his phone. I called the customer service who told me that the driver obviously wouldn't be sitting in front of my door and not ringing the door buzzer. This doesn't mean he wasn't at the wrong door ! The driver told me on the phone he has been at 178 and not no 278 !! I cancelled the delivery as I can't waste time with such a nonsense and disrespectful company. Would never order again and I don't recommend. Such a rubbish experience and rude customer service
Their drivers driving dangerously stupid in their vans are an absolute embarrassment to the company. They should teach safe driving to their team

Wow, I ordered on 10th June, received a txt and phone call later that day to say delivery would be 11th June between 0600-0800. Prompt delivery at 0600 by a very pleasant and smart delivery driver. Very happy with product so far, not yet installed!

I recently ordered a vanity unit and sink and toilet. Royal bathrooms delivered very quick. On opening the box we found a slight mark on one of the unit doors. I contacted Royal bathrooms who quickly responded. I was happy for them to send a replacement door because the rest of the units were good. Royal bathrooms emailed me back saying that they wanted to send out another unit we were very happy with this and it arrived the next day. I cannot thank Royal bathrooms enough for their prompt service and response to our queries. I would certainly recommend Royal bathrooms for good service and quality products. I will be looking for a shower screen next to complete my bathroom on Royal bathrooms website. Thanks again everyone at Royal bathrooms one happy customer. Sharon Moran.
I recently purchased a great shower enclosure from this company. When my plumber put it all together, we noticed that the shower door handles did not match. I contacted Royal Bathrooms, who replied immediately. They were most apologetic and ordered the correct replacement handle straight away. This arrived a couple of days later. My new shower enclosure now looks perfect! I would highly recommend this company and will use them again myself. The goods are an amazing quality and their customer service is absolutely fantastic!
Excellent delivery just one problem we ordered a bath, side and end panel and shower panel but missing the end panel to bath waiting for reply from Royal Bathrooms
Ordered a shower tray 700mm x 1700mm. Arrived very quickly and was exactly as stated. The plumber said the riser kit was good quality ...the legs were great. Packaged really well. Delighted with the item, description and service.
