Ordered a toilet on Thursday late evening and it was delivered the following day on Friday early morning. So impressed with their website, order and delivery communications. Fabulous!

AVOID! These people are so rude! Don’t order anything if you live in a flat they will refuse to bring it to your door even if there’s a lift. And then they don’t answer call or emails. It was actually a blessing in Disguise that it didn’t work out with these cowboys because then I found bathroommountain.com which has amazing customer service. They deliver next day and they do free returns. Their delivery drivers are brilliant They deliver to your door and room of choice and they have a better selection. If you’re having doubts about royal bathrooms trust your instincts they’re not trustworthy or reliable you will get so much better for your money and amazing customer service at bathroom mountain I promise

Just received and fitted a shower screen received from Royal Bathrooms. This was replacement screen as first was received damaged in transit. Excellent service received as they replaced the screen with no quibbles and it arrived promptly. Constant updates received concerning this matter from initial order to receiving new screen. Would definitely use their services again if looking for bathroom products.

Fantastic free delivery service, plenty of updates and fast - ordered Friday and delivered Monday. Enclosure is super stylish, smooth and the door shuts with a good firm seal. A lovely product and great service from the seller - plus a very competitive price for a better quality item. Extremely pleased.

We have waited patiently for delivery. No tracking, no prior phone call, no confirmation email. When the unit arrived it was damaged. It also did not resemble the colour, more grey then hale black. Also the company does not state that you need to cut the unit worktop and front panel in order to fit the sink into place. They say it goes without saying. They also don't like the fact I have put a review up with my experience. The damage is down to the manufacture and not them even though my contract is with them. I can see this escalating as their attitude towards customers is poor. So far very disappointed.

All businesses are great, until there is a problem. It's how they deal with problems, that is the best indicator of their worth. I was dealt with,politely, professionally, and succinctly. I first dealt with Royal Bathrooms a couple of years ago. I was undertaking a complete refurb of our family bathroom and bought a P shaped shower bath with screen and an 'Abacus' BTW concealed cistern toilet. Everything arrived very swiftly and in perfect condition. That project was completed and I was very pleased with the results. The new bathroom has now been in full use for more than a year and I haven't encountered any problems whatsoever. It's now time to refurb the en-suite and, wanting everything to match the family bathroom, I had no hesitation in ordering an 'Abacus' BTW toilet, this time the close coupled version since its against an outside wall. I placed the order, via eBay, at around 10pm on Thursday 17th July. I was kept informed throughout and the courier estimated delivery between 9am and 11am on Saturday 19th. The driver actually arrived about half an hour early and couldn't have been more helpful delivering all three boxes into my front hall. Once again everything arrived in perfect condition with all ancillary parts present and correct. I regret that this is my last big plumbing project so am unlikely to purchase again. However, I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Royal Bathrooms to anyone.

This is a first class company, started off when I sent them an email and missed a letter off, they still managed to work it out. Kept me informed all the way, responded to every question. Sorted the Vat exemption form out faster than any of the other suppliers. Quality excellent,and delivery was into the house, none of this kerbside only. Definitely will use them again . Further update. Found some small damage on one door and handles missing. Due to plumber not able to attend until yesterday it was over ten days by the time I notified them.they have continued their 5* service and are sending a new unit out. Excellent company

Ordered a 760 shower screen they sent a 720 Although showed the pictures of measurement they said I had ordered incorrectly so they would not be refunding or replacing the item Really, seeing as I bought on my card I think we will see about that Used Victoria all the time before this and although they more expensive the customer service is far better Beware of Royal Bathtooms please they are charlatans

I ordered an illuminated bathroom mirror on Sunday. It was despatched on Monday. Advised by the courier National Logistics on Tuesday that it would be delivered within a 2 hour slot on Wednesday. Excellent tracking with live map showing van location. Delivered on time on Wednesday. I tested the mirror and discovered that the touch sensor was unreliable. I emailed Customer Support at 2:55 and received a polite and sympathetic reply at 3:26. On Thursday I was advised of a 2 hour collection time slot for Friday. Collected on time. On Saturday the refund was pending in my bank account. Shame about the mirror, but this was customer service as it should be! Well done Royal Bathrooms and National Logistics!

I contacted the company 2 years after my initial purchase asking to buy a replacement toilet seat as soft close had gone. I messaged on a Sunday evening, received a message to say they respond Mon-Fri 9-5. First thing Monday I got a message saying what I needed to do to get my replacement. 11.30am Tuesday morning my toilet seat arrived! Fantastic helpful service, thank you Royal Bathrooms! Highly recommend using this company.
