Website easy to use for main purchase of shower cubicle. The only problem was the riser kit offered was for a 1200 tray and I was buying a 1700. I could not find it on the website so I tried eBay and found it there from Royal Bathrooms. Both were delivered within two days. I had to have it installed due to a change in my circumstances but could have easily done the job myself with the help of a friend. Well pleased with the result
Had 3 toilets 2 were faulty and the third doesn’t flush anything away also had 3 toilet seats none of which fitted properly

Thought I might be the only one, but reading other reviews makes me realise I wasn't making it up in my head - this is an inefficient and incredibly rude company. I tried to make a purchase, but the website failed at the point of payment. Hours later, I get a notification from a logistics company that my order is underway, even though I'd had no confirmation at all from Royal that any order had gone through. I wrote to check if there were some mistake, as I still had a full shopping basket - at which point they said they'd cancelled and refunded an order I didn't realise I'd made. When I called for clarification, the person on the phone was patronising, hostile and unprofessional – and tried to gaslight me. I had been about to spend £2000 with them - I guess I'll be doing so somewhere else. Avoid!
Above and beyond. I made a mistake and ordered a 1700 bath instead of a 1600 my first bath was with courier due to be defined the very next day I messaged them once I realized I’d messed up thinking I will have to send it back and pay for new courier.i got a e mail the moment they opened saying they’ve contacted courier her will trailer out back and swap it and I wouldn’t be charged even though it was my mistake, phone call was professional and very understanding I will defunct be purchasing from them again. 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ sellers

I would like to recommend Royal Bathrooms for their high quality services and products. I bought a wrong bath but without any issue they swapped that with the one I liked for free of charge. as soon as contacted them they were very helpful and arranged a collection and delivered the bath I asked for.
I wanted a pretty specific bath, quite short, L shaped and with a brass fixed shower door. Luckily Royal Bathrooms had it in stock. I spoke with them about the shower door and they were very helpful with the bath being delivered the next day. The bath and fixings were very good quality with decent thickness of the fibreglass and a good leg kit. In the end we did not need the panels as my flooring was not straight and they organised the return no problems. Will definitely buy from them again when I do my next bathroom.
