I bought a bathroom cabinet from Royal Bathrooms. I found the whole process very easy and the cabinet was delivered quickly and efficiently. The cabinet itself is if great quality, we particularly like the stone top.

Misleading prices. Read VERY carefully before ordering. Won't be using in future.

I have got 2 of these which looks great in my bathroom. Color is perfectly matched with tiles. Quality of the product is very good. These came prebuilt with top brackets to hang on the wall. It has fittings at the top end only which no matter what how tight you fit they can still move from the bottom. I have made extra hole at the bottom to secure with the wall and now these are rock solid. Little suggestion for the manufacturer to make fitting at bottom end as well to securely fit to wall. Royal Bathroom really deserves 5 stars for all the purchases I have made with them and one customer support experience I had was also very great from my last purchase where one part missing from the package. I normally don't bother to write reviews. But with extra satisfaction with Royal Bathrooms I wrote a long review and even attach photos (first time :)). I recommend everyone to use this company. Prices are very reasonable, delivery is prompt and no charges for it. Hats off for Royal Bathrooms

Ordered 2 gloss MDF bath panels from their eBay store. Delivered quickly via a very friendly driver. The panels are heavy and seem to be of good quality. Based on this purchase and delivery experience I would order from Royal Bathrooms via their eBay store again.

Ordered shower tray and kit on Sunday morning on ebay site was delivered Monday morning well packaged and shower tray and kit where of very good quality and great value 👍

Cloakroom Suite 400mm Gloss White 1 Door Wall Hung Vanity Unit Basin With Cesar Rimless Toilet - Slim Will not buy from this company again. My plumber who is very experienced said wrong parts were sent with cistern. Two plastic plugs broke. Toilet leaked and damaged flooring as part wasn’t fitted properly. The overflow pipe was higher than a piece cut out of toilet. Rang the manager and he was rude and said buy parts from screw fix. I had to pay plumber for all time wasted. They said I can order another toilet but unable to do this as my old toilet was taken out and smashed. I had to pay for extra parts and plumber and had to cut the overflow pipe. So turned out expensive suite and rude manager who was no help at all.

I was really impressed with Royal Bathrooms when I needed to replace a toilet in my house, from the website to the quality of the goods and the customer service. I looked on all the bathroom websites I could find in my search for a reasonably priced toilet that I liked and their website was one of the best with clear information, good images and plenty of information about the products, including whether products are in stock. I paid just £6.99 for express next day delivery (standard is free) which would have cost around £40 elsewhere. I had good communication from both Royal Bathrooms and the courier throughout. When the plumber was installing the toilet – which was good quality – he discovered that a corner of the toilet seat was broken off. I called the company and was asked to reply to my sales confirmation email with a photo of the damage. Straight after doing this I received a reply apologising and saying a replacement would be sent and would be with me in a couple of days. The replacement arrived very well packaged and in perfect condition. I particularly liked that I was able to speak to someone when I needed to and they dealt with the broken seat immediately. I would definitely use Royal Bathrooms again.

I recently ordered Abacus toilet pan from Royal Bathrooms but it arrived in less than perfect condition. I contacted the customer service - they dealt with the issue immediately and sent a replacement within a couple of days. Based on my experience I would definitely recommend this company. Excellent service from ease of ordering on the website, good price for product, timely and well packaged product delivery and responsive and efficient after sale service. Today, I emailed to request a full VAT invoice as my purchase is part of a water damage insurance claim. I was delighted to see the VAT Invoice appeared in my inbox in less than 30 mins! Compared to 6 weeks of chasing from large high street store! Would definitely use this lovely small business again. I wish more retailers were like this.

Bought a p shaped bath with screen and panels through eBay. Very pleased with the quality, price and speed of delivery. Nice and pleasant delivery guy too. All of the order arrived very quickly, early morning but very efficient. The shower tray had a mark on it and after sending photos to them they sent out a new one with no hassle or queries. I would definitely recommend them.

I had minor manufacturing problems with the cistern on the new close coupled toilet. The company were very apologetic and quickly sent a replacement. There were lots of communication and I was extremely satisfied with the service.

Do not buy from these people!!!! Their website states "lifetime guarantee' for shower trays. What it does not tell you is that this is conditional on how they are fitted. How many of you are actually present when a shower tray is fitted and would remember this a long time after!?!? Not to mention Royal Bathrooms repeatedly asked me to take apart parts of my en suite to ascertain this (which would invalidate the work I had paid a professional to fit in the first place!)

Royal bathrooms were the best price, quick delivery and kept you upto date with all information. I would recommend.
