Excellent garden furniture, would highly recommend
Visited our local showroom, who were very helpful. Our chosen set was in stock and delivered a couple of days later. The drivers carried it straight to our patio which was appreciated. Having looked at a few other showrooms and online we could see the quality was better, particularly the cushions. Really pleased with our purchase and price.
Really good quality garden furniture. The only downside was it was couriered after being bought from Outdoor Edge & dropped on a pallet at the bottom of our drive with no assistance to get into our garden.
Regatta 'cushion storage box' arrived in good order, as planned, so very happy with the service provided.....however, after a bit of rain, followed by sunshine I went to the box to retrieve the cushions for the first time. On opening the lid, the rain water ran down the back of the lid and inside the box which defeats the object of storing them in the first place. Having paid x amount of pounds, I'm left with soaking wet cushions! Grrr!! There's clearly a design fault here so if your reading this Regatta please get in touch, I'd like to be in a position to give you a great review. BR3 6RE

We have just unpacked our garden furniture and we are looking forward to 'getting out there' in the sunshine. It looks as lovely as it did at the Ideal Home Show and during an initial quick sit down, it seems just as comfortable So we remain very very pleased with our product choice We were told 6-8 weeks delivery i.e. end of May But then told the furniture was being imported from China and would not appear in UK until 20 June. Our actual delivery was 04 July.... because... Only one thing to draw your attention to, which was NOT explained at the Ideal Home Show when we made our purchase. Delivery from Regatta usually means a 'kerb side drop' Which means that the customer is fully responsible for getting the products from the van to their desired place of residence!! I've recently had a new hip and my husband is undergoing treatment for bowel cancer...... A kerb side drop is impossible for us right now. So I contacted Regatta and asked for much more help..... They were forthcoming but we had to wait an extra two weeks for our delivery until a suitable van and driver could be found. The driver Perry was fabulous and he was really helpful and delightful. BUT I do feel that this should have been explained at time of purchase. I would not have placed my order if the only option for delivery is 'kerb side drop' - I had never even heard that terminology before Now resolved but a lot of anxiety between placing the order and the delivery. The team at Regatta were helpful and kind but they had limited resources at their disposal to speed up our delivery Hopefully it will all be worth it now and the sun is shining Hurrah
Terrible customer service. I have had my garden furniture 7 years and have been happy with it. However I came home to find the glass on the table shattered into a thousand pieces. Nothing had caused this. The furniture is now unusable as it is covered in tiny shards of glass. I received no reply to the email I sent with picture evidence and the receipt. When I called the lady laughed and said it's seven years old, they won't do anything. She said they will only sell me a new piece of glass. When I explained that the glass must have been faulty and in fact it was extemely dangerous she was not interested. The manager is not availble until next week to speak to. My garden and the furniture is now unsafe as it is impossible to get every piece of glass up. This could have caused a serious injury and the glass is not shatterproof or safety glass. I am now waiting for the manager to return my call.
Had my table and chairs delivered today on time The delivery drivers was polite and helpful There was a mark on the table I sent photos and got a phone call within minutes to sort out the issue. My replacement table top will be hear Monday as that’s the next delivery. So thank you for your quick response. Andrew c Rochester Kent.
What a shower. Garden furniture ordered 26th March. expected delivery from stock. This was a gift for my husbands 70th birthday. Chased up on 12th April, and told would be 4-5 weeks. His birthday is on 10th May, so hopefully it would be here...... Birthday passed with no present.... never mind, there was still a summer to come. No communication from Regatta whatsoever! May ended, so on 1st June chased again by email.... no answer. Then on 3rd June, telephoned, and I was told would be delivered on tht June. Acceptable, as we were having out garden open on 8th and 9th June. 3 hours later, received another call.... would now be 13th June! Cancelled order! Will buy an alternative from stock from a local Garden Centre. Note they have had our payment since March. If it is not refunded within the 3-5 days quoted. I will add another review....

Appalling after sale service. Table had 3 nuts and bolts missing and 2 rubber feet missing. When contacting Regatta Garden Furniture was told there was nothing they could do. Upon being referred to the manager was told to "try and find some that fit on e-Bay. Will NEVER use again!

The furniture was very good and the parasol is good once assembled. However the delivery service was disappointing and no covers were in stock. I would recommend the furniture.
The furniture is excellent quality and value for money. The delivery was excellent with a phone call before to confirm the time. The furniture was installed on my patio to my configuration and all the packaging was taken away. I was very impressed
Great service and quality furniture. Had a small flaw in the pattern of one of the sun lounger cushions and this was replaced with no quibble. Excellent customer service!
