I was very impressed with both the salesman and delivery team. My only complain was I needed a weekend delivery because of my work schedule and the company were very unhelpful regarding this. I had to take a days annual leave to be it home for the delivery. Considering it is March and a garden furniture company cannot be rushed off their feet I feel they could of been more understanding about my delivery needs

when we purchased the garden furniture no one told us is was Kirb side delivery and for this simple reason I am marking you three stars. we had to tip the drivers to take it into the garden which I feel was unacceptable. The furniture itself is lovely and so were the drivers but we should have been informed this at the time of purchase.

Head Office arranged for someone to replace the item the next day and put it together for us. Delighted with furniture - looks great. Would definitely recommend the company.

Ordered large table with 8 chairs and large storage box from Witham showroom. Very helpful and knowledgeable in the store and great price. The delivery drivers were really great and nothing too much trouble.Everything arrived very well protected and there was no damage or problems. Had to assemble the storage box and table and it was easy to recognise the high quality of the items. Very pleased Would recommend Thank you.
I have already done this but happy to share again. I will never ever buy from this company again. I viewed the furniture with my daughter, the man said I could pay a deposit and pay the remainder on delivery. They said they would store the furniture until we could collect it. When my husband went to pay the deposit he was told by a very rude man he has to pay the full amount and they didn’t have the room to store it . We were also told the sale would be finished on the Friday and we would not get the sale price. The sale is still going three weeks after we were told it would finish. The company has no integrity at all.
