As I live on the fifth floor of an apartment, it wasn't easy getting the garden furniture up onto the balcony in a small-ish lift, but the delivery guys were efficient and quick, and I'm happy with my garden couch and breakfast table and chairs and looking forward to the summer to use them

Staff in shop were great helping us to choose a set that fitted our space. Driver gave me a ring an hour before delivery as arranged. Set was delivered and taken round into our garden. Great set. Great value. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely excellent service. The staff at the shop couldn't do more for us. They phoned around to find out when delivery could be (next day...so lucky), assisted us with the purchase etc and the delivery people were excellent keeping us informed and were very polite and professional. Excellent company.

Our first trip to the shop in Essex was off-putting. All shop assistants were talking together in the open office.They did not acknowledge our presence once. It was clear we were interested in a certain product but no one came over to help. When we walked passed the open office it was intimidating to approach them to ask questions and so we left. We did however return the next day as this was the only place we could find the furniture we wanted. We were greeted with a better response. but they could have so easily lost our custom. After this, we did place an order and there was no problem with its delivery to our chosen address.
Good but might b a good idea as u r up against Internet companies, to assemble furniture before or after delivery? My furniture needed tools and 2 people to assemble, nice product tho.
